Our server was outstanding the best. The food was yummy and everyone there really took care of us.
I regularly stay at the Beverly Hilton, but my latest visit to Circa 55 was disappointing due to one specific server. She was hurried, made unprofessional remarks, and was unwilling to help with a simple request for a to-go bag.
The rest of the team was wonderful and eventually helped us out, proving that the Hilton brand's high standards are still alive—just not with this individual. The food was excellent as always, but the service from this particular server was a 1/10. Management should look into this to ensure it doesn't tarnish their overall CSAT.

Food was average and for an entree (hanger steak and fries) and one gin and tonic the bill came to $100 with gratuity.
I had very high expectations for the Christmas buffet at Circa 55, especially at $179 per person, and unfortunately, the experience fell well short. The ambience was extremely underwhelming—it felt more like a generic banquet hall than a festive or upscale holiday dining experience. The much-talked-about “view” was far from spectacular and did not add anything memorable to the evening. While the service was truly excellent—the staff were warm, attentive, and clearly doing their best—the food quality was average at best, comparable to a Whole Foods hot bar, not a premium holiday buffet at a fine-dining price point. We arrived around 4:00 PM, and several stations were poorly stocked, which is disappointing for a Christmas service that should feel abundant and special. One detail that really stood out (in a negative way) was being served tap water—something no restaurant charging this price should ever do. It felt out of place and diminished the overall experience. In summary: wonderful staff, but mediocre food, uninspired atmosphere, and poor value for the price. I would not return for this event, though I genuinely appreciate the hard work of the service team, who were the highlight of the evening.
Although quality of food is top notch together with excellent service, however for the price, the variety of food was rather lacking: no oysters, sashmi, sushi, lobster, turkey etc
Amazing happy hour 3-6 everyday with great views
Pretty disappointed overall. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because of the fries (amazing). The pizzas were dry and unimpressive and the vegan mud pie (the reason we went) was awful. It was just a still-frozen, rock hard ice cream cake slice. We had to stab it so hard that pieces of frozen ice cream went flying everywhere.
The meal was incredible. My husband had the French omelet which was very well prepared and quite delicious. I had the British Bread Pudding which was perfectly done and a surprising treat. I can't wait to come back to try it again! The service was good and the room perfect for a sunny bunch. The view was stunning and well worth the trip!
French toast was the best I've ever had! Service impeccable was fast! Ate at the covered outdoor area...beautiful views
Everything was beyond expectations! The Lobster Benedict was just perfect. I was given a table with a perfect view. Gloria was the person assigned to my table, and if you get her as well, it's your lucky day—she's amazing! I would highly recommend this place!

Service was a little off, slow for being so empty for a Sunday brunch. Got the $70 per person deal. Great value. A lot of food Taste was exceptional on all items, everything fresh. The seafood tower hit the spot. Nice selection of shellfish. Highly recommend.

Our food was fine, as was the service. The loud recorded music was intrusive because it was so loud as to be very irritating. The one issue that will keep us from coming back were the very high prices for the food and drinks. $22 for a simple cocktail? $26 for 5 shrimp and some mayo sauce, $29 for two flat small smoked crab tacos? No thank you. A nearly $200 dinner for basically 2 apps for each of us and a couple of ordinary cocktails. There are dozens of fine Beverly Hills restaurants that don't overcharge to this extent. No wonder the place was over half empty of diners this evening. We won't be returning here.
Good food great service great view. We had breakfast there and it was excellent. Would recommend for anybody.
Wagyu burger ordered medium came well-done and dry, prosciutto pizza was inedible, and everything lacked flavor. Décor and dinnerware look untouched since the 1980s. Only positives: our friendly waiter, the warm welcome from host Catherine, and the view. Beverly Hilton feels old and neglected, with rude staff outside the restaurant and valet unable to find our car. Won't be back.
