WOW! That is all I have to say. I am from Chicago and have ate at many high level steakhouses. This one is truly amazing. After an extremely disappointing experience at SPAGO, this restaurant group has bounced back. An exquisite selection of indulgent steaks, fantastic wine list, impeccable service.... this place has moved to the top of my list for LA Restaurants! There is a decent price tag to pay for this experience, but well worth it for a special occasion.
The food, experience and wait staff were phenomenal. Having Wolfgang Puck stop by our table WOW. Not in a hurry to move on at all, he seem to enjoy his guest and made sure he visited each table.
We were greeted effusively from the cordial hostess and seated on time for our reservation. It was Black Friday so it was only 60% occupied at 8pm. Our waitress was excellent and the steaks were cooked to perfection with a plethora of flavor. They provided a nice sugary treat for my birthday which was nice. I've been dining at CUT for 10 years and they never disappoint from their service level to culinary excellence. Thank you team!
