The fried gnocchi were definitely my favourite and I think this is my favourite Italian restaurant in Los Angeles.

The classic Italian restaurant you don’t expect to find in Los Angeles staffed with Italians from Italy.

Fun fact : We got a very early dinner reso and Al Pacino was seated beside us. Apparently he is a regular there.

My Compliments to the Chef
The food was excellent — truly impressive by European standards. The Dover sole and the spaghetti pomodoro were my absolute favorites; both dishes were spot on.

Service was super fast and attentive

The ambiance on the other hand was a disappointment
While the vibe was casual and cozy, it didn’t quite match the quality of the food or the price point. They need a serious facelift on the decor.

The chef here is next level! You could tell everything we ordered was made with passion and precision. I've actually never been to a fine Italian restaurant where I liked every single course - and we had 6! From the super thin-crust pizza, soup, salad, sashimi, ravioli, dover sole, spinach and chocolate crepes. Oh - and the wine list is incredible. It was packed with a few recognizable faces, as well. But no one bothered them. Too busy enjoying the meal, I guess. Will definitely...
