First of all, there was no need to make a reservation so why bother setting up a reservation system. The waiter, the only person working in the whole restaurant, had to seat, wait on tables, and do 900 other things all by himself. The poor guy was doing his best, which is why I gave service 3 stars. I think the hotel staff had to step in to help run food, but we didn't even get water until 30 minutes after taking our order. The food is way too overpriced for the quality. It was comparable to what one would find at an airport. It was just slightly better than airline food and for almost $30 a plate, ridiculous.
The food was terrible. We had salads that had chicken that was so dry and almost inedible. Two salads that came to $100. Very disappointing.
This restaurant was closed when we showed up for our reservation, which had been made more than ten days in advance. They didn't even bother to call or text or notify in any way. It left us scrambling trying to find something nearby that was still open and could take us after 9:30 pm on a Saturday evening.
The gentleman in the empty restaurant told us we had to eat upstairs. The roof staff told us that was not the case and that they have a different menu. Despite the very limited menu, the food was good. The bar staff on the roof could not have been nicer. This was my second time at this restaurant and, unfortunately, will be my last.
The Le Cirque pop up was fantastic. The Chateaubriand was perfect and the mushrooms stuffed with short ribs were fantastic. I also loved the crisp pommes soufflé, like eating a hollow potato chips but much better. The service was professional and just the right amount of attentive. Los Angeles has many fine restaurants but only a very few with the Panache of Le Cirque and Ella carried it off beautifully. Only missed the art and exquisite decor of the original restaurants.
Valet parking was reasonably priced. restaurant was clean, spacious and pretty. Brunch menu was limited but the food we ordered was tasty, we got 5 different dishes and had no complaints. The server was very nice, he was a Hispanic gentleman with glasses, very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. All of the staff spoke to us and made us feel welcome. I will say some of the dishes were overpriced but that's to be expected for the area. The only complaint that I had was the restrooms aren't baby friendly so I wasn't able to change my baby comfortably. Other than that, I would recommend this place for sure.
We had called a specifically reserve the roof. The only thing they had outside was two sofas in a coffee table that were perpendicular to each other, not conducive for six people to eat together.. We would never have chosen that restaurant for Mother's Day downstairs. To make matters worse one of the servers took six plates off our table that we did not use for the most part and gave it to the table next to us.

This place is terrible. Beyond terrible. The wait staff is not friendly or attentive and generally display a constant disdain for serving customers. It took 15+ minutes to get anyone's attention to get waited on. I had to leave the table to find our server multiple times to get anything for the table that my guest and I needed. The server that "attended to us" forgot to bring us an appetizer we ordered and his response was "my bad, you should have gone to find me and reminded me of what you ordered." I'm sorry but that is not my job to do that. I choose this location because I thought it was a nice place to go on a date with someone I care about and left feeling mortified that I subjected my date to such an awful experience. I was hoping to have a nice experience and instead left feeling humiliated and degraded - that is how bad the experience was. Lastly, the server Brent went well out of his way to ignore our table but was falling all over himself to attend to the people right next to us. We asked him to bring hot sauce for our order and while he said he would, he completely ignored us and never brought the request over. The place was not busy at all and there was no rush, he was just being an a--hole. Thanks for ruining what I had hoped was going to be a nice experience.

Lindo el lugar y las opciones de destino son buenas, todas con algo verde acompañando
The food was much better than expected as was the coffee. Had brunch with two friends here, but felt we were being kicked out towards the end. They turned off the lights and the music even though the restaurant was still open-- they just didn't have any additional customers come in.

There is a great band playing…. Like really great! The place has like a really nice old world vibe to it. It’s comfortable and relaxed. The food is decent. Something is not right with the kitchen/service though. Things don’t come out, drinks take forever…. When they come they are good, but if you come here, be prepared to chill and don’t get upset about waiting 10 minutes for that vodka tonic.
