This place is terrible. Beyond terrible. The wait staff is not friendly or attentive and generally display a constant disdain for serving customers. It took 15+ minutes to get anyone's attention to get waited on. I had to leave the table to find our server multiple times to get anything for the table that my guest and I needed. The server that "attended to us" forgot to bring us an appetizer we ordered and his response was "my bad, you should have gone to find me and reminded me of what you ordered." I'm sorry but that is not my job to do that. I choose this location because I thought it was a nice place to go on a date with someone I care about and left feeling mortified that I subjected my date to such an awful experience. I was hoping to have a nice experience and instead left feeling humiliated and degraded - that is how bad the experience was. Lastly, the server Brent went well out of his way to ignore our table but was falling all over himself to attend to the people right next to us. We asked him to bring hot sauce for our order and while he said he would, he completely ignored us and never brought the request over. The place was not busy at all and there was no rush, he was just being an a--hole. Thanks for ruining what I had hoped was going to be a nice experience.

Lindo el lugar y las opciones de destino son buenas, todas con algo verde acompañando

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch @ Ella. It's located on the ground floor of the SIXTY Hotel in Beverly Hills, right next to the Ferrari dealership. Being that it's Beverly Hills this area is a great place to have a meal. The hotel and the surrounding areas are very upscale and is very different from many other parts of LA. We live close so we decided to stop in for brunch. It's really well designed on the inside, with subway tiles, intricate rugs and lights that really add to the ambiance. It's retro, but in a classic, non-diner, type of way. They have a live music area, however no one was playing during our brunch. Parking in this area is pretty easy as we found free street parking in the neighborhood behind the hotel, otherwise the best option will be valet parking at the hotel. We were seated right when we arrived and there were only about 3 other occupied tables so it was much more calm and quieter than we are used to. Our server was very fast and checked in on us often. We started the meal with some Almond Lattes and a Croissant. The lattes were very good, but you could tell the croissant was not made in house, but rather bought from outside, so it was not as fresh and flaky as I hope for them to be, so I can't recommend ordering that. Our entrees were fabulous though. We chose the Prosciutto Benedict and added avocado, and the Wake Up Plate, which is 2 eggs, bacon, toast, and side salad. We both really enjoyed our dishes and would both order them again. Pricing is also very fair, which I was pleasantly surprised to see given that it's hotel pricing in Beverly Hills.Overall a great breakfast option and a location that we plan to visit again soon in the near future. Highly recommend giving Ella a try.

My friend Lisa aka DJ Twee, invited me to this fabulous spot. Ella Beverly Hills is the best brunch spot I've been to by far. The French toast and the mimosas are delicious. Service was attentive, welcoming and a great vibe. The rooftop and it's beautiful views is a great place to relax or have a few drinks with the girls. Ella Beverly Hills is absolutely a must.

Mussels and Bread, seriously, what more could you ask for? (I'm sure a lot, but it's the perfect amount for anyone who's had a large lunch and wants something small and warm for dinner). Also the kale salad was fresh and perfect as a sharable. Other people in our party ordered the steak frites (not pictured) and it was also super tasty. The rosemary focaccia with the honey butter was delicious - highly recommend sacrificing some health for these carbs. Our server was prompt and incredibly helpful in choosing items on the menu.

The food was much better than expected as was the coffee. Had brunch with two friends here, but felt we were being kicked out towards the end. They turned off the lights and the music even though the restaurant was still open-- they just didn't have any additional customers come in.

Couldn’t order any of the drinks besides a mimosa or a hot coffee (including lattes) cause the barista wasn’t available. The latte was not warm. I got the “Wake Up Plate” and the potatoes were the only good/warm thing on it. Finally when I got up from the booth there was a piece of gum attached to my knee from under the table = absolutely disgusting.

Reservation: super easy to make online Parking: only valet, which was $15 for two hours with validation of the restaurant Service: super friendly and accommodating staff here! Shout out to Esra who helped us and was so amazing. Food: food was mediocre though, we did pizzas (pepperoni and margarita) and pastas (vodka and spaghetti). Drinks are pricey but good. Place was empty on a Saturday night, crazy because the place is so cute but not the most accessible location so I get it. Service charge is already included which is becoming more common for these hotel/restaurants.

Food was pretty mediocre. Nothing really stood out and prices were quite high for what you get in my opinion (but then again, it's Beverly Hills). Staff was extremely nice and accommodating and Ezra was a very nice person. He was a great server. Drinks were good and restaurant was had a nice atmosphere and good vibe.

cheers

Unfortunately not a great dining experience. First they don it say that there is music at Sunday brunch which was way too loud to have any conversation. Second the service was absolutely subpar! Accidents happens but the waiter spilled our drinks all over 2 members of our party and did not even apologize. He then went on to bring the wrong food and again not apologize. The food was good But when the bill arrived they charged us for food we did not order. And when we asked to have the over charge fixed he again was not apologetic and argued with us and then brought the bill back incorrect again! When we asked speak with the manger it took several requests for him to actually come for he table and correct the over charge. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. It has so much potential but fell short in every way.
