We went back for our anniversary. I asked for the romantic setup, and as usual, it was awesome. We always order the white truffle and lobster pasta. Which is amazing! Highly recommend it. I also ordered the filet mignon, ordered it medium, and it came medium well. Also, the prices are a bit high, but we still go for the memories 😂. At the end of the dinner, they provided a chocolate mousse cake part of the package, and I personally dont like much chocolate, but my fiancée likes it. If you are a chocolate lover, I'm sure it would definitely suit you 😁
I highly recommend it for a romantic dinner and I personally think the package is not badly priced. Even for group parties, the times I've been there, there's been big group gatherings, and they seem to be having a great time. Just keep on mind the prices and the 18% tip added for romantic packages or big groups. 🙂

I paid for the romantic package but barely any petals were put on my table . When I arrived they hadn't even set it up we had to ask again . Very disappointing because the food was amazing , I had called to make sure my table was going to be set up before I arrived so that was a bummer .

Had a table of 10. Service was OK. Had to call server over a few times, never introduced himself, twice forgot to get drinks for a person at the table. Two dishes we ordered for apps were completely forgotten

Romantic ambiance So, Great food and service but not a place for celebrating birthday as far as I'm concerned. Our bill was almost north of $350 including tip. Reason: They didn't even bring a small scoop of ice cream with a candle to the table for my wifes birthday even though I had mentioned that it was a birthday celebration in my reservation. Cheap management or maybe they don't pay attention to detail. They did wish her happy birthday when we arrived.

We dined on the early side and it was perfect. Parked on the street right in front. Impeccable service, delightful food, lovely ambiance in outdoor garden. I'm sure it is even more romantic after dark. We will return!
We ordered two appetizers and two entrees. My daughter ordered the $70 filet mignon, medium. It came out well done. Sent it back and it came out raw. The 3rd time was no good either. So, she ordered the $85 pappardelle and lobster. There was not much lobster in the dish. My pork chop was cold by the time I ate it when my daughter's fish finally arrived. For dessert we had one tea, one coffee and the apple pie, which was very small. I was quite surprised that the restaurant did not comp my daughter's meal. So, ok, I accepted that. But, more disappointed they did not comp the tea and coffee for $10 each or the $14 dessert. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was too busy to speak to me. The person told me to have ‘compassion' since the restaurant was busy and it was Mothers Day. Really! We arrived at 6 PM and only three tables were filled at that time. Cooking a fillet mignon should be very simple for a chef and he got it wrong 3x. Compassion? It's clear that I was out with my daughter, a young Mother with two babies at home. And we got there early to avoid a crowded restaurant. I was highly disappointed!

The food here was nasty, and the chairs were so uncomfortable. The Caesar salad was awful, chicken was overcooked, and even the bread wasn’t fresh. Plenty of staff standing around but no one to bake fresh bread! No wonder the restaurant is 80% empty on a weekend

This meal was THE MOST SHOCKING and disappointing meal I've had in a long time. I made a reservation 5 weeks in advance, requesting the Garden room as it was for a very special birthday. I knew my friend would love the decor of that room. We arrive at the reservation time and see lots of people standing outside, having their picture taken with a Bride. When we get inside we are ushered off to a dingy little brown room to the left and told we couldn't dine in the Garden room, as there was a private event. I was not informed of this when I made the reservation and could easily have booked Mastro's in that time. We ordered our food, it arrived and the wedding noise level became unbearably loud...to the point where the 8 loud New Yorkers at the large table next to us asked to be moved outside. Then they moved us as well. The waiter carried our half eaten plates of food outdoors and apologized. We weren't hungry after that so the food came home to my dog. It was so insulting to be a good or any customer, and promised a table that did not exist, when we had plenty of time to go elsewhere. I called the manager, Nico 6 times in the following 2 weeks and was assured by the assistant manager, Hunter, that he would return my call each day. He never did. He didn't care AT ALL that the dinner was a fiasco. What a short sighted move, Nico!!! The owner should know about this.
