Went for birthday for three days, I must say they went all out providing amazing service throughout the entire trip. From Diane and Eric helping us when we arrived. To the pool staff giving me amazing recommendations, PF&W with their amazing food and beverages, and Ms Martinez keeping our room fresh everytime we returned. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, truly hospitality at its finest, and definitely worth going and returning.
A go to luxury spot in LA. I might even call it, classic. This luxury experience in Beverly Hills never gets old. It feels like a private paradise which is close to everything. Amenities are excellent as well.

Everything here is great - pity that the housekeeping staff do not respect a do not disturb sign and call to advise you that it is on the door and they wish to clean! Defeats the point of a do not disturb!
