My friends and I had a wonderful time at Il Cielo. The restaurant is very pretty. We sat inside because it was a cool evening. The restaurant is very pretty inside and the outside patio, with twinkling lights is beautiful. We had a DELICIOUS dinner. The portions are big. I had the beet salad which I loved. The Caesar salad and other salads were great too! We ordered different main dishes and we all felt our dinners were so yummy. The lobster pasta dish was prepared perfectly with lots of lobster. The veal chop was outstanding. Spaghetti and meatballs was not on the menu but the chef made it for us upon request. Our waiter, Nino, was EXCELLENT. He helped make suggestions and provided exceptional service. A big thanks to Nino who made us feel special even though he was very busy. Our reservation was honored on time, too! Great restaurant.
i went here for my birthday dinner with friends. the food is overpriced. it took 30-40 minutes to get our food even though there were only 3 other tables. it took forever to get the check and split the check and they didn't split it as i requested, so we had to do the math amongst ourselves. they don't tell you they're adding an automatic gratuity until the bill comes. the restaurant is pretty and they made my birthday dessert nice.

The manager was exceptionally nice and genuinely friendly, just like all the waitstaff. They all made us feel right at home.We started with delightful entrées featuring fresh mozzarella and a selection of fine charcuterie. For the main course, we had branzino and salmon, both cooked to perfection. The highlight of our evening was the special dessert plate prepared just for our anniversary—it was both a thoughtful and delicious surprise.Il Cielo is definitely a must-visit if you're in the mood for a warm, welcoming Italian dining experience. It's like a slice of Italy right in Los Angeles!

Greeted by a very friendly accommodating host. The staff were lovely and friendly. That was the most enjoyable part of the meal. Caesar dressing was too much and tasted store bought. Pasta was undercooked and lacked flavor.

I attended a wedding here, and look forward to coming back. The food was incredibly well done: we had a pasta dish with truffles that was packed with umami, and the pasta looked and tasted like it was made fresh in house. We also had filet that was carefully prepared and buttery soft. Ambiance is cozy and feels like a neighborhood restaurant, rather than a tourist trap, and we had a chance to meet the owner, who was welcoming and kind. All in all, a really lovely experience- grazie mille Il Cielo!

Il Cielo was as I expected - all was superb!!! From the minute you walk in, to the attention to detail and the service, drinks and food including dessert were all 10+ We will be back for sure on this trip when we return from San Francisco!

Chicken was horrible. Very dry and none of the three who ordered it could finish. Atmosphere is a bit stuffy and overly formal for no reason. Would not come here again. Not good value for money.

I wanted to take friends from Boston to a really lovely place with reliable service and excellent Northern Italian food. Il Cielo met all my requirements. With a party of five we were seated inside, which is not as pretty as the patio with its twinkfly lights, but the trade off was a quiet nook where we could all hear other talk.

Food was excellent. Our waiter Massimo was superb he made great recommendations on both wine and food. I was amazed at how well he served everyone dining. Next time I'm in BH this is definitely a place I'll return.
