Not sure of her name but the older hostess up front who had a lot of make up on and an accent was very rude and had a bad attitude when asking very simple and straightforward questions. Other team members seemed nice but she single handed ruined the experience.

Took a large group here. Everything was great! The duck rolls were such a great appetiser, as were the flatbreads (although the flatbreads were a bit smaller than expected). For the mains, my whole table got either the steaks or the ribs. The steaks were really great, very high quality! The ribs were also great, and so so big! No one who ordered the ribs was able to finish them due to how big they were. Overall, we had a great dinner at La Gondola, with great food, helpful staff, and a nice ambience. Would highly recommend!

I recently visited this restaurant for a business lunch and was impressed not only by the excellent food but also by the exceptional level of service. The meal itself was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — but what truly set this experience apart was the professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially Oksana.
Two weeks after my visit, I realized I had misplaced my receipt, which I urgently needed for my business records. I reached out to the restaurant not expecting much given the time that had passed. To my surprise, Oksana went above and beyond to help. She personally searched for the original receipt, found it, and sent it to me promptly.
Her professionalism, patience, and genuinely pleasant attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me.
This level of care — long after the meal is over — speaks volumes about the restaurant and its team. Highly recommended for both great food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning.

La Gondola never fails to impress me. One of the few Kosher restaurants that actually excels in designing dishes that feel curated and unique to me and my guests. Let's hope that they are around for many years to come.

This restaurant did not disappoint from the minute we walked in and were greeted to all of the service while at the table. Just a lovely and delicious experience from beginning to end.
We loved La Gondola! I had the Chicken fake bacon salad. So delicious!!! My daughter had an amazing burger! So much food that I am having leftovers for lunch. Can't wait to come back.

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, especially in the restaurant industry, which I know is incredibly challenging.... but unfortunately, our experience here was deeply disappointing. The food was shockingly bad: the kids' chicken fingers were overcooked, and my own chicken dish was equally unappetizing....
I was genuinely excited to try this place after hearing about it for years, and we finally made a point to visit on this trip. While the prices are on the higher side, which I have no issue with when the food and service match the cost... neither lived up to expectations. On top of the poor food quality, the service was terrible as well :(
I'm baffled by the amazing reviews and following, and maybe we just caught them on an off night. Still, for the price we paid, the overall experience was unacceptable. It’s a beautiful restaurant, and I truly wish them success, but I can’t overlook how disappointing our visit was...
