The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Our dishes were flavorful and arrived promptly. Our server Freddy was generally attentive, but unfortunately had noticeably bad breath, which detracted from the overall dining experience. A bit more attention to personal hygiene would make this all five-star visit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time and would consider returning.

Kosher Italian with a side of matzo ball energy. The pasta’s good but it’s less Venice and more Venice Beach deli vibes. Service is polite but a bit slow, and the ambiance feels more ‘meh’ than romantic.

I usually go to La Gondola for special occasions. It is a wonderful place to meet people for casual lunches as well. It's comfortably elegant. You're always greeted in a friendly manner at the front desk and brought to a table. Service starts almost immediately. I love the menu, imaginative, but also with standard great offerings.
