made a reservation here because it was in the Beverly Hilton rooftop which was once an excellent place to dine. Much to my demise it is now a restaurant with a bar atmosphere and a noise level so high that you had to yell to carry on a conversation. The service was slow. A slice of cake was brought to the table but waited 10 minutes for utensils to eat it The staff was polite. Food was good but expensive. I would not go back for a nice evening.
The room needs a ramp instead of the inconvenient elevator behind the closed door for someone with a walker to get into the dining room or go from the dining room to the bathrooms. Had to ask repeatedly for coffee and champagne. Waiters seem oblivious and the place had only a handful of occupied tables. Took a very long time for food to come. The selection was good, however the kabob shrimp was too salty to eat. Had to leave it all. The huevos rancheros was mediocre. I would not...
We went for the prix fixe Sunday brunch for my daughter's 21st birthday. It was fantastic! Such an array of foods and beautiful displays of towers of pastries and seafood on the tables and bottomless assorted mimosas and prosecco! It was the perfect celebration for her 21st birthday!!!
