My mouth waters when I think back on our exquisite dining experience last night at Sushi by Scratch. It really left NOTHING to be desired. From the service to the atmosphere to the food to the drinks. It's worth every penny that we paid. And a big shout out to our host Max.....his knowledge of his mixologist craft really added to our experience.
Loved our EXPERIENCE at Sushi by Scratch! The Chef's were all so friendly and had the best conversations with. The food was above delicious and so fresh! Chef Victor is Top Shelf!
The atmosphere is much more casual than many high end sushi places making it perfect for talkative groups.
Several of the courses were phenomenal while a few fell a bit short. The golden snapper was one of the best I've had. The uni was great. A few had too much sauce like the wagyu course which ended up drowning the taste of the meat with a large portion of salty gochujung.
