This is a new concept restaurant at the Montage Hotel. Where famous chefs have a prolonged pop up. The current resident chef is Gilles Epié, the youngest chef to receive the Michelin Star at age 22.

Recently enjoyed staying at the Montage Beverly Hills so much so that I did a video. I travel around the world and if I like a hotel, I'll feature it on my YouTube channel as a way of saying thankyou and giving others a glimpse inside the establishment.
