A Classic dining fixture in Beverly Hills, whose décor has become tired and dated. Wood accents need refinishing, stairway carpeting needs to be replaced. Bathrooms need updating. Service was slow, our order took to one hour from time of ordering to being served. The signature chopped sirloin steak was served luke warm and dry.
Very nice place that we sort of stumbled on. It really is on a corner of the alley. Very nice inside the restaurant and a very professional staff. Only negative was that my wife ordered the pot pie which was a bit overly "crusted" for her taste.
This is still one of the best places in all of Los Angeles for dinner. The food is always top notch and the service is among the best in town. They make you feel welcome and like an old friend who has come for dinner. Can't wait for another excuse to come for the martinis and the lobster bisque.
