This restaurant offers an absolutely amazing view — it’s worth visiting for that alone. The food is very good, made with great quality ingredients, and overall a pleasure to enjoy. However, be aware that on weekends in the afternoon and evening, the place gets extremely busy, and as a result, the quality of service does drop. During the week, especially in the daytime, everything runs smoothly and the experience is much more relaxed. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

I used to love this place and considered it one of my favorites, but after my most recent visit, I left feeling disappointed and honestly, a bit deceived.
The main issue is with the pricing. The prices listed on the menu are not the prices you actually get charged, and all the amounts I’m mentioning here are before taxes and tips.
For example:
• Steak and eggs was listed at $48, but they charged $53.
• Avocado toast was listed at $25, but I was charged $28.
• They also added eggs I didn’t order, which cost me an extra $5.
• A cappuccino was listed at $9, but I was charged $11.
On top of that, they take away the menu after you order, so you can’t double-check the prices when the bill comes. I let them know about the discrepancies, and while they did apologize and gave me a discount, I still left feeling very disappointed.
I don’t like places that mislead their customers. It’s not just about the extra charges—it’s about honesty and trust. I used to recommend this spot all the time, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Oh my 5 stars!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This place is absolutely Ahmazing!! My dear friend treated me with an unplanned birthday visit while in LA yesterday (7/6/25). The drop-jaw view upon stepping out of the elevator was breathtakingly stunning. The ambience, the food, drinks,& the service was all impeccable! The coconut curry branzino is delicious. The grilled octopus appetizer with fried eggplant is scrumptious. The lychee martini was so yummy. ‘Twas a spectacular birthday & 1st visit to the Rooftop. I love rooftops & this by far was my most favorite. I am already looking forward to the next visit.

Really spectacular views and really average food and cocktails. Taking into account they are trying to charge for 5 star dining and serving average food, I would say come up for a glass of wine, and take a few pics at sunset before having dinner somewhere else. Tuna tartare was bland, Lobster burger just wasn’t special…

Checked out a few rooftops in Beverly Hills, and this one was my favorite, unbeatable 360° views! The food was delicious (sashimi and lobster roll) and tasty drinks.

We had lunch at The Rooftop by JG, the rooftop restaurant of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
The luxurious hotel made for a beautiful setting, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
From the rooftop, there’s a sweeping view of Beverly Hills, and the sky was perfectly clear.
Unfortunately, there were very few fully vegetarian options, which was quite frustrating—
especially when the only suggestion offered was avocado sushi (I definitely expected more).
I reluctantly settled for a Caesar salad and Pad Thai—
knowing they contained some fish ingredients. I’m not super strict,
but it still didn’t align with my usual diet.
That said, the dishes were very tasty—no complaints there.
Still, the lack of proper vegetarian options was disappointing.
The service was pleasant,
and for dessert, we tried the Dubai-inspired dessert and the apple one.
The Dubai dessert was definitely the winner—highly recommended!
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience,
but I truly hope they improve their vegetarian offerings—
until then, I probably won’t be back.
Thank you for the hospitality.
