After being a satisfied local customer for 3 years, I had the worst ever experience today at 10/11/2025 at 1pm, table # 30.
I ordered breakfast and a latte. After 30 minutes of waiting, no breakfast was served, despite customers who had arrived much later than I did already having received their food. After that 30 minutes, there were fewer customers.
I requested a refund. They called a manager. No apology. No explanation why food was not served. No nothing! Unacceptable,...read full review
