I can only go by my experience at this establishment (saw some negative reviews)... Came here on August 3rd, 2024 (Saturday) around noon. Got in line and looked on the board and also the printed to go menu. We saw the cash and credit card fee policy (it's a small business, credit card fees are terrible and I totally get that it's not their fault they have to pass that fee along to a consumer, think of it as a convenience fee... you already pay for it at the gas station...
Stopped in unexpectedly (was running an errand nearby). Decided to grab a late lunch. Oh boy... this sandwich was huge. Ended up having it for 2 days and was just as good the second day as it was the first. It's not the fastest place, yet quality is worth the wait!

Just don't be in a big hurry. The service is super friendly and helpful but this is not a Subway ?
