Visited Big Bear today with my family and tried this ice cream shop for the first time, we usually visit the other ice cream shop down the street in the village with our kids but this one had a shorter line today and we will definitely be back!!! The staff (especially the manger!) were so kind and sweet. Really welcoming experience all around and glad to see this addition to the big bear village! 🥰

We have been twice so far, once during the afternoon and the other during the evening. They can be pretty busy but usually serve pretty quickly. We happened to see the same worker there and she is very friendly and helpful as were the other employees. We liked being able to try unique flavors of ice cream Ben & Jerry's is known for. Shout out to one of the best customer service interactions I have had in a long time!!
I came into Ben & Jerry's to get my 4 little girls some ice cream, Mathew truly met us where we were at and provided us with TOP notch service. Thank you so much, and I can't wait to come back.
