We came exactly right 15 minutes before they open, It’s a Sunday and the schedule says that they open at 10:00am we got here at 9:45. We have been waiting for like 15 minutes and they let us in, it’s pass 10:00 already

The food was average at best me and my husband did not finish our food. We didn’t even wanna take it to go. Our drinks were also not good! It was also very expensive and the portions were not good. All of the waiters, including the bartenders had frowns or looked miserable. They practically rushed us out of there, even though we were polite…. we paid our tab and even tipped before we left. (please be sure to check your receipt because I believe this place adds gratuity ) It is my honest opinion that we will never be back. Sorry but not sorry.

If you’re a local, you get the lunch menu taco Tuesday all day and you’re catered to. If you walk in, they don’t know you they slap you down the dinner menu and you get completely ripped off for horrible food. If you like canned meat and expensive prices this is your place . I’m just curious why the locals next to me had a lunch menu and all these deals we walk in and get $30 meals like I came in at 8 o’clock at night on a Friday. I’ll never be back. Just make sure you verbally tell them “hey guys it’s lunchtime” I mean, unless you’re local you get everything you need Sonora here we come

When we complained, the person we spoke with first claimed to be the manager, then backtracked saying the manager had a “family emergency.” It felt more like she was covering for her coworker than taking the concern seriously. To top it off, Sarah St. Clair waved at us with a smug grin as we left — incredibly unprofessional.
Great food, but unless the service is addressed, it's hard to recommend. If you like the Las Vegas restaurant called Dicks where they treat you as such, then Sarah St. Clair is your gal.
