We had the worst service ever! Completely ignored the entire time. Could not order food without saying loudly to a group of 5 employees chit-chatting and laughing that we would like to order. Never once were even looked at or asked if everything was OK or if we wanted anything else. I constantly have to track someone down. And it got worse from there. $80 for the meals and the food was mediocre and service was atrocious. Extremely shockingly unfriendly. Got the name of the owners and will be calling them.

Tried this place. If your a craft beer lover then try this place. Really wish they served regular beer for us non craft beer people. Didn't eat here because of it. Please get regular beer.

Went for breakfast/lunch with small family. They were not serving breakfast as the website showed, we were the 2nd table and food still took an hour. Food was OK. Then after we left found out we were over charged for someone else's check...

Sadly our food arrived cold and unimpressive. We were sitting at a table where I could see the window between the kitchen and the staff and our server brought our food immediately from that window yet somehow I still had cold fries and a burger with unmelted cheese. Burger patties are thin and small making the price point insulting. Much better burgers elsewhere in Big Bear.

Overall service was great, atmosphere is fun, but ultimately I go to restaurants for food.

We came in on a very crowded Saturday evening.
Service was OK. Food was mediocre best. My blue cheeseburger was thin, dry and flavorless.
For a restaurant that has pretty much nothing but burger and sandwiches on the menu. I was very disappointed.
18 bucks for a burger that looked like a McDonald’s hamburger patty only overcooked and dried out.
My wife, chicken sandwich was supposed to be fried and appeared to be baked.
The breading was soggy as soon as it was brought out.
Place was very busy, but I doubt it’ll stay that way for very long, the quality of the food does not dictate the price and if you’re only going to serve burgers, you better serve good ones… This place failed.

This place is awesome! My wife and I came here twice during our last trip to Big Bear because she has a seafood allergy and the menu is completely fish free. Lots of great burgers to choose from, friendly staff, and great beer! Definitely recommend.

I feel so bad for the three 18 year olds who are running the ENTIRE restaurant on Labor Day Weekend. No managers to be seen, service is unbearably slow. Would be a good spot otherwise! Need more hands here, desperately.

This place is great for amazing food and drinks! I had the Birria Quesadilla. The birria was delicious and comes with a side of juice for dipping! So many different burgers to choose from. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

We were sure based on walking in seeing it very busy however the staff was on point, the food was incredible and the vibe was killer! Probably the best bathroom in a public restroom I’ve been too!
