Especially for the area/country. Everything was fine, the curry (chickpeas) was just a bit bland and watery compared to what I’m used to. The lentil soup was actually pretty good - especially with added lime. I wish I’d just had more of that

My husband’s family has owned property since 1957. We built in 1980 and have been going to the Himalayan Restaurant for 18 or 19 years! I believe it was the Iron Squirrel before they opened their magnificent restaurant!

Asked the server what was vegan on the list and he told us. We ate the Garbanzo beans (chana masala), Daal, basmati, and roti. The spice was perfect and the flavor was full. I felt satisfied in my belly and palette.
