What's the point of ordering ahead of time on the app when the store doesn't make the order until all the people that are in line are done? My order was placed 20 minutes ago, why am I standing here watching people who just ordered get their food before me? Get it together.

Went here because it was too long of a line at Tropicali. Sandwich was small, have the size of a Subway and a Subway would have been so much better. Service was good. I won't do it again

Haters can hate but I love this place and the workers are so friendly and kind when tourists aren't coming in and nagging at them. Speak kindly to them and they'll speak kindly to you.

Parking: It's only hard to find parking on weekends or whenever it snows. Tourists love to flood that place during that time so weekdays are the best time to come in.

Kid-friendliness: They're so sweet to kids and even offer free cookies, simply the best!

I love this location so much. They are always working like a team should, and they are always polite and fast service even with the busy lines! My family loves to visit here every time we come up. Delicious sandwiches bring back the pastrami!

Everyone has Always been so friendly! They have a great crew that are working had even on crazy busy weekends. Shelby the manager is doing a great job and Sam can make a great sandwich and is very polite.

It should not take literally a half an hour to make a sandwich when the line is not long! Worst service ever!

Slowest service imaginable. Waited over 30 minutes in line, they significantly prioritize mobile orders so if you’re going to order here just do a mobile order. Employees look like they have no process and are all over the place.

Seems to be a on going thing at this location just very messy and the manager super nice but the other employees not so much and it's always messy throughout the day and the trash is always over flowing . Seems like they need some assistance by uper management to be straighten out!! I've been up here working for 2 years and it seems to be the same manager that has this problem everytime .

Gave me the wrong sandwich after I told her what it was 4 times. Gave me attitude when I noticed she forgot to put one a the veggies. They also love to shut down the eating area around 5pm when the store hours are listed open until 8pm. They even purposely turned up the music and made it skip so it annoyed everyone enough to leave. I stayed I finish my sandwich and heard them talk about how people need to take a hint that they are cleaning up and customers need to leave lol. This place is a joke. Oh and they dont serve fries bc the owner doesn't want to pay to have the machine fixed again.

The bathroom could not have been cleaned since the previous day. Also in the bathroom no soap, a disgusting floor, and the paper towel dispenser didn't work. The toilet kicked up water. How are the employees washing their hands???
