Came here during a power outage & it was one of the only places open in all of Big Bear for breakfast! Was blown away at the service and quality of food! We ordered a tropical green juice, geeen juice detox, bruschetta toast with a banana strawberry bowl & were thrilled with how amazing everything was! So glad we stumbled upon this place! Will definitely be back!

We paid $40 for two açaí bowls that were not only poorly made, but also completely disregarded our dietary substitutions. I specifically requested almond milk instead of orange juice due to an allergy, and the second bowl was ordered without peanut butter (substituted for almond butter) or chocolate almond milk (substituted for regular almond milk). What we received was the opposite: my bowl was overwhelmed with orange juice, and the other was drowning in peanut butter and chocolate, topped with a mere dollop of almond butter.
When we politely brought this to their attention, rather than take accountability, the owner tried lying to us — insisting the bowls were made correctly despite the very obvious and unmistakable flavors we were trying to avoid. As someone who regularly eats açaí bowls (in my city) and makes them at home, I know what orange juice, peanut butter, chocolate taste like. We won’t be returning.
Update in response to business reply July 19 2025:
Thank you for your response. To clarify, after attempting to eat the açaí bowls in our car, my husband returned to your store and brought back what remained of his bowl. You offered him a refund, which he declined, stating that he no longer wanted the bowl. He then left the establishment and returned to the car. At no point was there any yelling or inappropriate behavior. Your claim that there was “screaming” is simply untrue.

Terrible service. My smoothie took nearly 40 mins to make and they weren’t that busy. They also didn’t get the order right. And others also didn’t get their order right. The staff also has a negative, mean attitude. Would not recommend.

We are visiting the area for a family vacation and had decided to get some juices from here. The atmosphere was okay and did seemed to be loved my the locals. I was personally concerned about the hygiene of the staff after an odd interaction with an employee there. I had needed to was my hands as they were dirty, and had made my way to the bathroom. When I got to the bathroom I noticed there was no hand soap to wash my hands and had went to ask a staff member about it. She had told me I was an employee only bathroom but it was okay for me to use, I apologized for going in to the employee bathroom, but still inquired about the hand soap as I still needed to wash my hands. The employee told me there was Sanatize available to use instead, but I didn’t want to sanitize my hands as they needed to be washed. I asked about the hand soap again and that the dispenser was empty, to which the employee told me that “that’s why it’s an employee bathroom”. I was taken aback by that statement, kind of making me think that the staff there don’t wash their hands after using the restroom and prior to handling the food served there. I just decided to go back to my family and wash my hands once I was somewhere else and waited for my drinks.
While the drinks of my family were okay, mine had not been. I had ordered an orange juice from the fresh juice section of the menu, and had been given a very foamy and green drink. Upon further inspection, I learned that I had been given an orange juice were the orange peels had been juiced instead and that there some green leaves or scraps floating at the top of my drink which made more unappealing. The drink was over all bitter and awful, and tasted completely of orange peels and I had to throw it away.
I really wanted to like this place, but I am now unsure if we will go back.

This is a diamond in the rough! I’ve lived up here in Big Bear for two years and we’ve only recently tried the Juice Factory. They have lots of options, fresh juice, smoothies, pitaya bowls etc. the folks that work here are so nice and I love the earthy vibe they’ve created. We will definitely be coming back more often ?

No one answers the damn phone here, it's a cell phone. Very shady business practice.
Also a large smoothie is $10.
The place smells like bleach ?

Food and juice was very good. The biggest issue is that there was only one person working and a huge influx of customers so everything understandably took forever to get. Not the best when you're looking for fast service. It's not her fault but... hire some help.

Had a hankering for something a little healthier than donuts for breakfast for the crew and we didn't feel like cooking so we decided to give Juice Factory a try. Some of our friends gave us some mixed reviews and we figured it had to be better than the chains down the hill so here we go. We each tried a different smoothie and then we also split an acai bowl as well. I like supporting my local businesses but this was a pricey breakfast for smoothies, fair warning. I was a little surprised as we watched them making the smoothies that most of what went into them was syrups and frozen stuff. We had hoped for the price there would be more actual fruits but if you go to a chain they use the same type of stuff so not a deal breaker. The acai bowl was delicious! The smoothies we tried were the passion 360, summit orange, ban berry, lava flow, and jungle juice. Our favorite 2 were the lava flow and summit orange.
Kid-friendliness: Our kids liked the bowl and smoothies but they are pricey for small. Next time I would get a medium or large and split it for the kids.

Drove 40 min to try this place and it's closed on Tuesday at 2:45 pm, when it's supposed to be open. Signs says open, even waited 30 min in case personnel was at lunch and nothing...disappointing
Ah man this place stinks!!! The nasty dirty counters and the smell is retched. I ordered a drink strictly with no peanut butter. And guess what……? PEANUT BUTTER!!!! I start choking up in my car and can’t breathe. I have to get air lifter out and to the nearest hospital. The owner just says oh my bad and doesn’t help me at all. My hole puckered with anger:(
