Juice Factory

This is a diamond in the rough! I’ve lived up here in Big Bear for two years and we’ve only recently tried the Juice Factory. They have lots of options, fresh juice, smoothies, pitaya bowls etc. the folks that work here are so nice and I love the earthy vibe they’ve created. We will definitely be coming back more often ?

No one answers the damn phone here, it's a cell phone. Very shady business practice.

Also a large smoothie is $10.

Food and juice was very good. The biggest issue is that there was only one person working and a huge influx of customers so everything understandably took forever to get. Not the best when you're looking for fast service. It's not her fault but... hire some help.

Had a hankering for something a little healthier than donuts for breakfast for the crew and we didn't feel like cooking so we decided to give Juice Factory a try. Some of our friends gave us some mixed reviews and we figured it had to be better than the chains down the hill so here we go. We each tried a different smoothie and then we also split an acai bowl as well. I like supporting my local businesses but this was a pricey breakfast for smoothies, fair warning. I was a little surprised as we watched them making the smoothies that most of what went into them was syrups and frozen stuff. We had hoped for the price there would be more actual fruits but if you go to a chain they use the same type of stuff so not a deal breaker. The acai bowl was delicious! The smoothies we tried were the passion 360, summit orange, ban berry, lava flow, and jungle juice. Our favorite 2 were the lava flow and summit orange.

Kid-friendliness: Our kids liked the bowl and smoothies but they are pricey for small. Next time I would get a medium or large and split it for the kids.

Drove 40 min to try this place and it's closed on Tuesday at 2:45 pm, when it's supposed to be open. Signs says open, even waited 30 min in case personnel was at lunch and nothing...disappointing

Ah man this place stinks!!! The nasty dirty counters and the smell is retched. I ordered a drink strictly with no peanut butter. And guess what……? PEANUT BUTTER!!!! I start choking up in my car and can’t breathe. I have to get air lifter out and to the nearest hospital. The owner just says oh my bad and doesn’t help me at all. My hole puckered with anger:(

Stopped in for an acai bowl on a Friday morning. We walked in, and there was nobody in line. The server was super kind to us. We were able to get our order in and she helped to make some adjustments to accommodate for a dietary restrictions. I got the breakfast açai bowl and it was super good. I ended up getting that in the large and she even put fruit and granola right in the middle. That was a plusWe got our kids, strawberry banana, smoothie, and split it into 2 cups. Service was super quick and very friendly. Will definitely be coming here again.

I LOVE this place but I’m continually disappointed with the service I receive.I live up the mountain and am shocked they treat locals the way they do. I’ve been in the front of the line and the cashier took every order (including the 3 people behind me). And somehow everyone behind me would get their orders before mine. I know it’s usually one person behind the counter so I am always very patient, but it’s truly disappointing.I’ve been here 10+ times, and sadly things like this happen 8/10 times.Today I ordered 2 juices and an energy shot, I was the only person there. There was two employees but only one was working on my order, after 5 minutes a 2nd person came to order 4 drinks. The second employee stopped what she was doing and completed the order before my order was even done. When she was finished she continued stocking instead of helping complete my order.I LOVE supporting this small shop, but they make it difficult when they serve people out of order, and favor certain locals. I stopped going out of my way for this reason. I hope management will retrain employees and provide fair service to everyone.

Juice juice juice.Green machine and mountain detox are my favorite but I be kinda weirdAny wayMuch options all of which tastes great and feel good in your tummy.Good job guys I rely on your help in morning nutrition.

My husband and I love this place. The smoothies are yummy. I love the Bruschetta Avocado toast. Highly recommend the place.

I'm here 17 minutes before 6pm (closing time) and they are closed! How ridiculous.

One of the best acai bowls in SoCal! My favorite is the Power Bowl with peanut butter. It’s simple but they nailed it.
