I stopped by Juice Factory on my big bear trip and I was so glad I did. It's a small, vibrant shop and there was a friendly woman who helped us. The menu offered a diverse range of fresh and flavorful juices. My boyfriend and I opted for the mountain detox and red rejuvenizer. Both were very fresh and delicious, it was exactly what we were looking for. This is a perfect spot for anyone looking for healthy and delicious drinks. I'll definitely be back to explore their other juice options.

Ah man this place stinks!!! The nasty dirty counters and the smell is retched. I ordered a drink strictly with no peanut butter. And guess what……? PEANUT BUTTER!!!! I start choking up in my car and can’t breathe. I have to get air lifter out and to the nearest hospital. The owner just says oh my bad and doesn’t help me at all. My hole puckered with anger:(

Stopped in for an acai bowl on a Friday morning. We walked in, and there was nobody in line. The server was super kind to us. We were able to get our order in and she helped to make some adjustments to accommodate for a dietary restrictions. I got the breakfast açai bowl and it was super good. I ended up getting that in the large and she even put fruit and granola right in the middle. That was a plusWe got our kids, strawberry banana, smoothie, and split it into 2 cups. Service was super quick and very friendly. Will definitely be coming here again.

I LOVE this place but I’m continually disappointed with the service I receive.I live up the mountain and am shocked they treat locals the way they do. I’ve been in the front of the line and the cashier took every order (including the 3 people behind me). And somehow everyone behind me would get their orders before mine. I know it’s usually one person behind the counter so I am always very patient, but it’s truly disappointing.I’ve been here 10+ times, and sadly things like this happen 8/10 times.Today I ordered 2 juices and an energy shot, I was the only person there. There was two employees but only one was working on my order, after 5 minutes a 2nd person came to order 4 drinks. The second employee stopped what she was doing and completed the order before my order was even done. When she was finished she continued stocking instead of helping complete my order.I LOVE supporting this small shop, but they make it difficult when they serve people out of order, and favor certain locals. I stopped going out of my way for this reason. I hope management will retrain employees and provide fair service to everyone.

My husband and I love this place. The smoothies are yummy. I love the Bruschetta Avocado toast. Highly recommend the place.
The employees are always so rude and act as if you're bothering them when you walk in. The prices are outrageous - $50+ for three smoothies and avocado toast! The toast had a massive hair smooshed in the avocado so I couldn't even eat it. Disgusting! It has the potential to be good but it's not consistent what so ever. The newer younger employees are running the place into the ground! The music is also SOOO loud you can barely hear what the employee is saying. I won't be giving this place my business ever again. Don't waste your time unless you like breaking the bank and having hair in your food!

Wow wow wow we just enjoyed a couple fresh Açaí bowls and they were sooo delicious. We have been here in the past for fresh juices and decided to start our day with an açaí bowl today. Always wonderful friendly service and the place is adorable. Love it love it love it!!!!!

Stopped by Juice Factory on Saturday during lunch hour, between sagging time during the Tour de Big Bear. I got their Pink Dragon bowl, which was their pitaya bowl. I prefer pitaya over açai because it is less sweet and it tastes better to me, more refreshing! I added almond butter so my total was $12 with change. There was no wait when I came. They also have lots of options for juice and bowls. I would come again!
