BOMB Carne Asada burrito 👍🏼 tastes authentic like a Tio or Tia made it for you. The salsa verde is really good and the cashier Amy was nice.

Not good at all today. Been coming here probably close to 30 years or more, but it seems like the quality of the food has gone downhill in the past several years. The bacon on my BLT was very tasteless and looked freeze dried and like it was cooked in a microwave. The Jamaica juice tasted like watered down Kool-Aid. I even asked the waitress if it was made out of powder because it had a powder film on the top of it. I really hate to say it, but sadly it was all pretty awful. The chips beans rice and just about all that tasted like it came out of a bag or can, and just didn't really have that authentic Mexican taste to it at all anymore. Did not really think it was a great idea to leave the front door open, as we were fighting off flies through our whole meal. That in itself became very annoying. We have gave them several chances over the past six or eight years , and it's been about the same downhill quality. Sadly, it is time to say goodbye to La Paws for good.

I have a gluten allergy, but I'm not Celiac.
For me Mexican food is always safe cuz I can get corn tortilla chips and corn tortillas.
I stopped there on my way home after a long day up in the forest.
Even their corn tortillas and tortilla chips had flour. I never experienced that anywhere before. I ordered the carne asada plate. You know the old saying, when you're hungry you'll eat anything. I've had better Mexican food in Boron California.

We have always gone here and food and service have always been great. Not tonight. Lady a register had an attitude. Not a welcome or thanks. Cheese Enchilada cheese was not melt thru and beans I could even eat. Then she tipped herself a dollar. Wonder how many others she has done that too. It was a take out order.

Nice people, but food was just mediocre. You can get much better Mexican food at the same price by driving a little further into town. The meat was not very flavorful. Shy on sauce. Salsa was too hot and not enough pico de gallo, or whatever you call it
