The food tastes just like any other McDonald's. I found it weird that they had 3 windows i was waiting for awhile to see someone at a window until I was at the first window. Someone waved their hand I just that you pay and receive your food at the same window I guess.

I think I just got ripped off. No receipt. I ordered a McGriddle with sausage egg and cheese no combo. They added hashbrowns I asked them to take it off. They came back and said $6.39. I’m like I think it was the price with the hashbrowns. No receipt. I tried calling they answered and hung up. Menu on website doesn’t list the price. Ask for your receipt because I think I just gave some worker hashbrowns for their breakfast.

I get a vanilla ice coffee with 3 shots of expresso and 4 extra pumps of vanilla and it cost me over $14 what a joke for the same coffee at Starbucks it's $9.25 McDonald's you better pull your head out of your A.... you need to lower your prices now we live here in big bear and we have stopped going to you it's a joke !!!! You will only loose more and more customers with these ridiculous prices!!!!!

Worst McDonald's transaction ever. If your employees don't understand English don't have them taking orders. There's plenty of bilingual ppl out there looking for a job. Yet even after not understanding a word I said he suddenly knew English when it was time to argue with me thru the window.

Came in, asked if I could get three of their cheapest cheeseburgers and fries, all staff was confused… no one knew how to help calculate which cheeseburger would be the cheapest… so I left 😂😂😂

The food was cold. The fries were hard and cold. I got to the window and asked for an orange Hi-C. I could clearly see that it was watered down. She still handed the two sodas to me. I rolled my windows down and said they tasted like water. She said, "Yeah, I knew it." But why didn't she just tell me? So I got a Dr. Pepper. It was also watered down. I didn't want to hold up the line, so I just left. I asked for ketchup, and the employee gave me one pack. The fries were stale, and the chicken Big Mac was cold. Multiple employees at the window with earpods in their ears chatting instead of helping the customers at the drive thru window.
Don’t go here save your money eat elsewhere
