Cozy little coffee and food place, I loved the inside! Definitely a place I could see myself going regularly if I lived in Big Bear, service was also awesome and the coffee I got was great. Staff is awesome.

Update : maybe don’t make locals feel weird then. I wasn’t given a discount. If anything I felt discriminated against. We bought a sticker to support and she automatically thought I wasn’t local.
The server was more worried about people being local or not. Very freaking weird. And my coffee was cold when I got it. I got a bad vibe. Go to big bear coffee company way better. Wish they opened sooner but worth it.
Relaxing spot

Even though I am not a coffee drinker, I love coming by here for the sodas and pastries. It's an awesome spot for a pick-me-up!

I visited this coffee shop for the first time after seeing it recommended on TikTok. My partner and I were probably the second customers there, so it wasn’t busy at all when we placed our order. We received our pastries fairly quickly, but our coffees never came. In the meantime, 5 or 6 other people came in after us, ordered, and all received their drinks before we did.
I’m usually very patient and understanding, but after finishing a long hike and needing to head home (an hour away), I was really just looking forward to enjoying a nice coffee with my pastry. On top of that, there was a guy playing guitar and singing very loudly inside the shop—so loud that I couldn’t even have a conversation with my partner sitting right across from me.
Eventually, my boyfriend went to check in with the barista, and she said she had forgotten to grab our ticket. That only added to the frustration since we were one of the first people there. She asked us to repeat our order, and after a few more minutes, we finally got our drinks. Unfortunately, the drink I received wasn’t even correct—I ordered a hazelnut latte, but there was no hazelnut flavor at all. It just tasted like plain coffee.
I normally wouldn’t complain, but the overall experience was disappointing—especially given how simple the order was and how empty the shop had been when we arrived

Amazing vibes and fantastic coffee! Huge selection of seasonal drinks and tasty food options that make it hard to choose. The line can get long, but it’s totally worth the wait for the quality and atmosphere.

What do they say about fool me twice? Both times I went here over the weekend ended up having to send my order back. The ticket was right but the kitchen and batista made it wrong. When it's out of the door busy, service goes out of the window apparently. Not worth the wait.

Very slow service for alright coffee. You might as well go to Starbucks and get the same coffee faster
I see what others were talking about with the bad customer service. I know the kids working here aren’t malicious, it’s just a lack of training and experience but come it’s a coffee shop. I had major problems the two times I went here, the last time I didn’t even get the food I ordered after 30 mins so I got a refund (another customer took mine and then got upset at me for some reason)
A place this small shouldn’t be remaking as many drinks as they do and messing up orders.

WE HAD SUCH A LOVELY BREAKFAST HERE!
THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND THE STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING.
WHAT MADE IT EVEN BETTER IS HOW DOG FRIENDLY THEY ARE.
IT's THE PERFECT SPOT TO ENJOY A RELAXED MORNING WITH GREAT FOOD AND YOUR FURRY FRIEND.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!.

Great coffee spot in Big Bear. It can get crowded but they have an outdoor and indoor seating area. Find full review by BigBearWaypoint

Breakfast sandwich was so tasty. The caramel latte was one of the better ones I think I’ve ever had. Space is so cute.

My friend and I just experienced the most tasty chicken chipotle sandwhich on sourdough bread and an iced tea spiked with a little raspberry and vanilla! It was absolutely amazing in the cutest coffee shop in Big Bear! This is a family-owned location and the owners were so hospitable during our visit! We will absolutely be back! Thank you!

4.5 stars. Unfortunately this place was swamped on my 1st visit and my online order was delayed. However, I don’t want that to affect my review too much because I’m sure this place is awesome when less busy. The staff was nice and looked to be very hardworking. This cafe looked very nice and a good place to hangout. The food and drinks were also good. I’d definitely go back again.
