The Birria Ramen and beer special for $20 was delicious. A bit expensive and not much broth with the soup. The chips were ok, but I liked the salsa. The picture posted is not the one I got to go, but a friend ordered it the day before.

First time visiting this place today and let me begin by saying the food was not the greatest for the $$$$$. The place is nice and clean The customer service was awesome, but unfortunately it was too pricy $$$$$ the flavors were bland for our taste. Coming from a Hispanic mom that loves traditional Mexican food. If you're looking for an authentic flavor home cooked meal this is not the place. I thought I'd leave a review to help other people that may be picky like me. I'm not leaving this review for any malicious reason, I just think reviews are very helpful. Unfortunately I will not be returning on to the next.

Very friendly staff, very family friendly. Also very accommodating to food allergies thanks to having a real in-house chef preparing everything fresh. This is a favorite spot of mine for Big Bear Lake.. Recommend the tacos, and my son loves the burritos. The shrimp is their specialty. My wife loves the chicken taquitos.

We dined in here back when they were at their old location just up the street and just opened the margarita we're amazing and so was the service. we've been back twice now and the margaritas are garbage especially for over $20 a piece. i wasn't greeted and i had to walk up to an associate after waiting patiently. then it took over 10 min to make two drinks to go. not coming back wish it was how it use to be.

We went here because it had decent reviews after we weren't able to get into a few other restaurants. They had one server, one at the bar, one expo, and one cleaner. When we got to the restaurant it wasn't that busy but service was slow because one server was for the entire restaurant. Her attention got worse as the restaurant filled up. We placed our food order pretty quickly because everyone was hungry. Took about 45 minutes to get the food out once ordered but during that time you had to wrangle the server in to get refills. They did make a mistake on the kids order and they brought out the correct items later. Food was ok but lacked good flavor. One of the baskets of chips were stale and wasn't able to get it changed because the server was too busy. The kicker was once we got the bill. Asked for a side of sour cream and they charged $2.50 for about a small spoon full... Way too much for too little. What I didn't see posted anywhere including the menu is they add a 19.4% service charge. No notice, no explanation, no notification just.... Surprise, you're getting hit with a big service charge. This wasn't a tip charge after asking just told "it's a service charge we add to your bill".... I was too tired to argue but needless to say, that was my first and last visit.Kid-friendliness: They have a small menu for kids. Ordered chicken tenders and got cheese quesadillas. They made the order right but they mixed up the order for both my kids.

My husband and I decided to try this place out and unfortunately it was very disappointing.. I ordered the chicken taquitos they literally had no chicken, I felt like I was eating nothing but a fried rolled up tortilla.. the food had no flavor ( sazon like we Mexicans call it ) we literally had to take the lid off the salt shaker to add salt to try and get some flavor. I love love Mexican food but for me this was far from that ? . The beer was good though..

Love this place! They had live music, stiff drinks and good food. The staff was fantastic, especially the owner.

Went on Sunday with my family the food tasted so bad it had no flavor. None of us finished our food. We went because it looked good but no literally I don't know if they ran out of salt or any type of seasoning but it was so bad. I got the asada wet burrito and it was so plain.

After a night of partying at Murray's bar (hiiiighly recommended by the way) we stopped in a Muchachos to fulfill a craving for Mexican breakfast. Upon arrival it appeared as though a staff member had just quit on the spot. Everything else was super busy so we decided to grab a dirty table and look forward to delicious chilaquiles. We never received menus and we had to literally ask for everything. The food took forever and our Bloody Mary didn't even make it to our table. Also the chilaquiles were disgusting. The sauce was definitely not fresh and the scrambled eggs were pretty stiff. This would easily be a one star review but they had a band playing, Bearly Famous, and they were out of this world good, so two stars it is.

Our first time visit to big bear. We were told this place was good. Sadly, after one hour looking for parking... got to the restaurant all tables dirty. Not one hostess was kind to offer us water or drinks. Granite it appeared they were short handed but nonetheless no warmth or greeting. After waited for 15 minutes we ended up leaving. Hey ... thanks for at least for using the restroom LOL. Ya'lol service Sucks!!!!

I want to thank Karla and staff for making our night a great one. She made us feel comfortable and at home we definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to drink and have some good Mexican food.
