I went with my woman and we both enjoyed our time here. The decor was nice and the staff were very pleasant! They have tvs for the games also so that’s a huge plus. My partner and I both ordered burgers and they were some of THE best burgers we’ve had and I’ve been around. There was a mix up with my order and I received a single instead of the double but when I brought it up they offered me the extra patty for free and profusely apologized, something I’m not used to honestly so I definitely recommend people to try them out, you won’t regret. Exceptional food and service :)

Folks, please and please read my review. I took my family out to big bear just for ordinary Sunday fam outing. It was around 3pm, the this bar looked very local and reminded old pub back in my hometown. I went in by myself to kindly ask if it is okay to dine with a service dog and my 27 months old baby. Waitress told us it is okay and we were happy to spend our time in this pub. After paying my bill and when we were about to leave, there was a hispanic family spending their fun family day next to us. He kindly came over and asked if it is okay to pet my dog. I said yes and it was all good. Suddenly, the owner yelled at us and we cannot let people to pet dog. He was saying f word, called my wife a b word and also confronted with the hispanic family. He asked them to get the f out. People were telling this owner to calm down and told him there is a baby. He said he does not give a f. Both families got kicked out. He was shouting he can do whatever he wants because he is the owner. I was very shocked to watch my wife being called b word, yelling f ward in front of my baby and yelling at the other family. I rarely write reviews. I just dont want other people and visitors to experience what we experienced.

This is a great bar . We didn’t eat here but went in the evening for the karaoke. There is a safe friendly atmosphere and everyone was encouraged and cheered as they sang . Bar service was excellent. My only slight gripe is that some people were very obviously tipping ( bribing in UK terms ) the DJ to get themselves moved up the queue and therefore were singing loads compared to others -but I guess that is part of the US culture

I hate to write a poor review on any business. I am a local business owner of Big Bear. I love the food and eating here it is just sad that the servers are so nasty. I just want to say if you want to earn tips be nice and smile.

Honestly, good people, surprisingly solid food and all the normal stuff you'd expect at a proper dive: loud? Sometimes, yeah. Annoying drunk dudes that do all the things you'd expect them to do? Obviously. Charmingly terrible karaoke that's Way too loud? You bet your ashtray. Come support this gem. Just don't bring your whole crew or whatever.

Went Friday night. I'm from Pinon Hills first time there. Everyone was friendly. I ordered a Cadillac Margarita and it was delicious price was great! There was no seats available but there was this cool guy sitting by himself in a two person table and I asked him if I could sit there. He said yes lol..we danced little bit. I Karaoked and it was fun to be there. Go check it out !!

Just finished my fireball burger and it was soooooo good! My friend's steak was bomb!! Food was out pretty quick. Generous portions.

Service is great. They turned on their hot chocolate machine just to make us some hot chocolate :)

We loved this place... I always ask for my ice tea with lots of lemon ... this is the first time I haven't had to ask for refills or more lemon !!! Awesome service!! And the food was fantastic!!! Prices are great... highly recommend!!!!
