This place is incredible!! They have soo many yummy treats to choose from. I personally love their white chocolate barks and their fudge. They tend to get busy but the line goes by fast and the employees are very friendly. The inside is a cute little shop and a candy oasis! 10/10 recommend if you are in the mood for a sweet treat.

This is one of the best candy shops I've been in, and I'm finding that hard to come to terms with because I've lived in very large cities with dozens of sweet shops. Big Bear simply does it better in this case, and puts all of them to shame.I highly recommend trying their white chocolate covered s'mores marshmellow offering. They also have some extremely tasty candy apples, and a large selection of other great candies, fudges, and chocolates. The shop seems small, but it's brimming with a really great variety of treats!

It has a lot of variety, the ice creams are good and the chocolates look very good, very friendly, highly recommended, just see the promotion if you eat at the pizzas next door they give you a 10% discount on the snows ☺️

When I get to this store, I am going to eat everything! I mean everything! You all can haggle amongst yourselves about whatever crumbs I leave behind. Or you can find another store. I am so totally going to eat this one! Every scoop of ice cream! Every chocolate-covered Twinkie! Every. Thing. I may even eat some doors and tables! The goodies in this store are devastatingly, stunningly delicious!!!

Super rude and condescending workers. Found mold on the bottom of my apple when I got home so I called. Worker said she didn't believe me and insisted that Im mistaken, so I asked for an email to send proof. Said that wasn't possible and I also couldn't get a refund without coming in person. So I just hung up. Here's your proof!

When in Big Bear I always gotta stop in before driver out. Love their Peanut Carmel Apples, chocolate covered pretzels and their milk n dark chocolate turtles. They do have ice cream, canned/bottled drinks and candy.

Dessert Ordered - chocolate covered bananas (2) - English Toffee Bar - cheesecake caramel apple - chocolate covered strawberries (3) Everything came out to ~ $33

Delicious ice cream, a wide variety of sweets and chocolates.
The line to order was chaotic, not very orderly. The girl took my order , rang me up and handed me my treats. I walked out with my friend and decided to check we had everything. We were shorted 1 thing. My friend went back in to get what she was shorted. Soon I went back in to see what was taking so long. The girl behind the counter took all of our treats back, checked a bunch of receipts and had another co worker help her. Then she asked me for my change back but barely remembered I paid with cash not a card. She had charged me correctly but forgotten an item. FINALLY got the correct treats so we took it and left. I drive 50 minutes home and open my bags. Guess what, I’m now missing something. After all that, the incompetent girl still messes up and shorts me. I never write bad reviews but driving all the way home to find you don’t have everything you paid for is such a bummer.

So many different flavors! Got the cherry vanilla bubblegum and I did not think those flavors would go as well together as they did. They give you one free tasting before you buy which makes picking a flavor a lot easier. The line is quite long and the space was small. I believe we went on a Saturday night, waiting about 25 minutes but it wasn't too bad because there were plenty of things to shop around and look at while in line with how decorated the space is. Food: 8/10 Service: 7/10 (long line) Ambience: 6.7/10 (score down because very packed)

Girls working were very rude and giving customers snarky remarks. Multiple guests noticed their attitude, and decided to just leave. Very disappointing.

My family and I visited Big Bear for Christmas weekend and we went here twice. I really wish I bought more fudge before they closed for Christmas Day. The candy and fudge were so delicious! The different kinds of fudge were my favorite. Even their plain fudge was amazing. My son and I keep talking about it because it was the best fudge we've ever had. He even bought some for his best friend and we kept it in a sealed container until he went back to school. He sliced a piece of it to test that it still was good and sure enough, even after weeks, it was still delicious. It was so hard for him not to keep it for himself lol. It's a small space, so the line does get long and very cramped feeling but they treat each customer with care and don't rush you. All the employees are super nice and helpful. I really wish they offered shipping on a website because I would buy their sweets and fudge every month :)
