Honestly, it wasn’t worth the 1hr+ wait . The food did arrive within a reasonable timeframe, and when it finally did, it was surprisingly bland for the price. At that price point, I expected something with a lot more flavor and creativity. The presentation was okay, but nothing memorable enough to make up for the lack of taste. Overall, it just didn’t feel like good value for money or time.

Great food and service. The 4 cheese pizza lived up to its name. Our server was awesome (I forgot her name. Red hair in her 20s.) She was quick, funny, and was all and all great. Music was many blast from the past alternative rock and dance music. We definitely had a great meal and time all together.

Cafeteria food prepared poorly with poor service. This really ruined our evening. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and it was a Thursday afternoon. Ahi tuna was obviously seared when it was still partially frozen. It came out cold and tough. The steak was unseasoned and maybe room temp. The Brussels sprouts were burned, oil soaked, and the server said, “That’s the way they always do them.” Worst restaurant experience in a long time. Highly recommend staying away from this place.

We had a rehearsal dinner for my son and daughter in law. The third floor room was beautiful if very noisy because of the bar immediately below. Our waitress was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Unfortunately, the five appetizers and 9-10 meals that we ordered were without taste or anything that stood out. A real shame.

This restuarant is awesome. We've been there before. Great service, food, drinks. We went for early dinner around 4pm didn't need reservations. If you go later make reservations. We will definitely go back again.

We stopped here during a trip to Big Bear, and we were glad we did! We were a party of five and were prepared to have to wait for a table. The hostess let us know that the bar area was open seating but with a full menu. We found a table in no time! The service was good and the food was yummy. There is definitely something for everyone on the menu. Give Oakside a try!

We ate here twice on a recent midweek get away to Big Bear. Lunch on one day and dinner the next day. Both times we were greeted with friendly smiles and promptly seated. Servers were top notch! Food was served hot. Dishes we ordered were Waldorf chicken sandwich, southwest chicken sandwich, fish and chips and the most delicious scallops with orzo. All well prepared and tasty. The scallops were seasoned and cooked to perfection! Dining in Big Bear midweek can be dicey but this restaurant is a sure bet!

The restaurant had an hour wait time, no reservation. It was not busy, there was a lot of people but it seemed normal for the place. We got seated after the horrendous wait, and then we waited at least 10-15mins for our server to arrive. I believe one of the bussers actually brought us water even before the server arrived. By the time our server arrived we already knew what we wanted and immediately put out order in. Then it was another long wait for our food to arrive. When we got the food the fries were cold, not sure why. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, it was not great, I've seen better. We had to give the server our card because they would not come to us. Overall it was a pretty mediocre place and I would not recommend it.
