We arrived in Big Bear late afternoon on a Saturday and the village was packed! So glad we secured our reservation here before our romantic weekend away began (not many restaurants in town even take reservations so this was an added bonus). The staff were all amazing and the food was delicious!! We loved it so much we came back again the next night. 😂 And trust me, we TRIED to find another place to eat but nowhere else sounded quite as good as Peppercorn's menu. The next night we got all different items and everything was equally delicious. If you're a foodie looking for a nice, romantic dinner for your weekend getaway, don't miss Peppercorn Grille!

As always a wonderful evening at Peppercorn Grill in Big Bear. Michelle the host found us the perfect booth. Brandi was our server and she did a wonderful job throughout the evening. My husband started with the mixed green salad and I had the romaine salad - both were well presented and a great start to the meal. For mains my husband had the Spaghetti Bolognese - perfectly prepared - and his favorite at Peppercorn. I tried the Roasted Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin for the first time and found it excellent. In all another amazing evening.

My go to restaurant in Big Bear Food and drinks are always amazing I like the fact that they don't accept any very large reservations. Keeps the restaurant atmosphere comfortable and the service impeccable.

We have dined here a number of times and consider the restaurant to be one of the more premier and upscale establishments in Big Bear. We have noticed, however, a significant increase in pricing and particularly for meat entrees which are now in line with L.A. city eateries. We ate elsewhere at another Big Bear restaurant this trip where the meat entrees were $15 less. One must consider the trade offs on eating here. It is reported there is a new owner here who hopefully will retain the ambience and review meal pricing.

Excellent across the board. Very attentive staff and service, wonderful menu with special offerings, very nice wines by the glass. Entrees include soup or salad and choice of potato plus vegetables and are generous portions. The crab cakes appetizer were excellent! Dining room is cozy and not loud. Don't miss The Peppercorn.

Peppercorne was absolutely AMAZING!! The service was so good that when our food got mixed up with another tables and took longer they gave us a drink on the house as well as a dessert on the house! Definitely would go back and recommend!

Whenever we're in Big Bear, the Peppercorn Grille is always our "to go" place for dinner. The food is consistently on point and delicious, as well as the wine selection and cocktails. The staff are friendly and professional and there's a parking right in front of the restaurant.

Stay away from New York strip..super tough. However other items were okay. Staff was friendly but food was not great or worth how much we paid. Didn't even finish steak and only got 20% off my meal
