Great food, best shrimp fried rice in town. My partner bought pho and it was also very tasty. Portions are big, however, it is a little pricey. The sitting area is small, only two tables.

the food is ok, they have misleading prices! The prices on the menu is different from what they actually charge. And i asked the cashier why, and he just says we forgot to change it on the menu. I mean that’s not really a customers responsibility.

Absolutely delicious and Customer service was great! The pho was so delicious and the portion was big and worth the price. Food came out really fast and everything was fresh. I have been to many pho restaurants and this is definitely top 3. Will definitely be going back (: They also have the cutest to go bags which are reusable

We tried the vegan pho (my first time trying this and I can’t wait to have it again) and the noodles. Both were huge portions, we had to take some away for later. One nice staff member front of house who was also running out to deal with accommodation issues nearby (tho place is based within an accommodation complex, but its own little building and open to the public). Limited alcoholic drink options outside of beer so I went for the soju. Premises is very small - only a couple of tables and a couple of chars at the counter.

I am living in big bear for quite some times, ordered food to go from different restaurants and never being asked to pay first. Wanted to try this place for the first time and got the response that pay first … really. Not going there ever if they cannot trust the locals , I guess then it’s not for locals. Really disappointed!!!

Good Vietnamese/asian food in the Big Bear area. Nothing beats a hot bowl of Pho on a cold day! The restaurant is a little tricky to find since it’s within Bear Creek Resort and not in a strip mall. However, it’s not hard to find the restaurant once you pull into the resort.

We were planning to go to Tropicali, but it was super crowded and really loud. So we ended up at Pho Big Bear instead, and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming. The place is very simple, which I love. And it’s totally underrated. I’m really glad we didn’t go to Tropicali and found this place instead. We had a great, relaxed dinner in a quiet, cozy setting.

I came to Pho Big Bear with my family with no particular expectations, and we ended up having such a great experience. My husband and my dad ordered the beef pho, and when their bowls came out, they looked so good that my mom and I decided to order another bowl to share — even though we were already full. We just wanted to try it, and we ended up loving it. My mom makes homemade pho at home, so for her to enjoy it this much really says a lot.
We also ordered the egg rolls and the vegan egg rolls, and both were delicious. We wanted to try the spring rolls too, but they were out that day, so we’ll definitely come back to get them next time.
I’m not sure why some of the reviews aren’t great, because our experience was nothing but positive. The restaurant is extremely clean, and the pet-friendly outdoor patio is a nice bonus. Overall, everything felt welcoming, fresh, and satisfying — we’re really glad we stopped by
