This pho restaurant is not owned by Vietnamese, and this is Big Bear, so you can't compare with Vietnamese food in Little Saigon, Orange County, the capital of Vietnamese refugees. There's no Vietnamese supermarket for Vietnamese food, so I can't complain. To me, a Vietnamese, the food at this restaurant in this cold town is good and much better, and healthier than unhealthy fast food restaurants around, so I'm happy to give it 5 stars. Location is hard to find. Google tries to take you to the back of the restaurant off the wrong road. It is off the main drag, in a larger facility parking lot. It's a small place tucked ito the middle of the buildings. Small signs, however the food is worth the search. Some of the best Pad Thai we have had. Excellent mixture of Asian foods. Would recommend going if you visit Big Bear. Price to portion is very good.
I enjoyed a steak and brisket pho outdoor on a sunny day and the food was great. My partner ordered vegetarian pho and it was great too. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Recommended!
