Saucy Mama's Pizzeria

I went for a pickup order, the place was busy, but understanbly so, the pizza was delicious for my first time experience any time I'm in Big Bear know I'll be there for pizza.

Terrible!! we thought the first and 2nd time was bad, but now we know it’s just their Personnel is terrible especially Christian. We told him we had a handicapped in a wheelchair and he could care less look where she is sitting.

Absolute worst customer service. No backbone on the manager on duty’s part. They don’t even deserve a 1 star on service.

Great place to eat pizza and watch a game, or just eat pizza... Fantastic service and great food. They treated my dog really well too. 🐕‍🦺👍👍👍

Wow! Amazing spot to grab lunch after an adventurous day. Hot wings were crispy and saucy. Caesar salad was large and delicious. Margherita pizza was heavenly. Great selection of food. Highly recommend this spot!

We ordered to go since there was a wait to dine in. Nevertheless, the food was excellent, and the wings were the star of the show.

Didn't like my cheese pizza tasting like garlic but food was decent. Took a while to actually get served though wasn't overly friendly but was ok

Stopped at Saucy Mama’s on our first night in Big Bear. It was super busy and we had a long wait for a table, however, the staff was working very hard and it was worth it! The host at the front was seating people, wiping down tables, getting drinks. Truly doing it all. Our table split 2 medium pizzas and had leftovers. The pizza was great. I would recommend Saucy Mama’s if you are in the area!

We checked in for a table for dine in and I was told wait time would be 1 hr which was fine, but 1 hr 1/2 went by and I'm still waiting for a table.
I ask how much longer and was told the table they are waiting is waiting for check out but taking longer.
So we decided to order to go. As soon as we placed the order to go the people on the table left and we ask if we can have the table for done in instead of carry out.
They said no because as soon as I order to go I gave up my right to sit at a table.
I told them I'm still going to order drinks but they refused to let us sit down after we waited almost 2 hrs for the table. Since it was almost closed to 9:30 it was not busy anymore because they close at 10. But they still refused to sit us down

I used to love this place, service was great, pizza was fantastic. Was looking forward to it on our trip but this time the food was terrible. Service was worse. Waited 20 minutes for our server to come back so I could send food back which I never do I usually just bite the bullet. The “grandmas” spaghetti has to have grandma rolling in her grave. It was so watery and bland. Sauce wasn’t even mixed in with the noodles. Pre cooked noodles and pre made sauce just microwaved and thrown on top. It was greasy and watery even after adding sauce from the other pasta and Parmesan. The mushrooms ravioli was also frozen ravioli and very bland. But at least it was edible. Caesar salad was good but that’s about it. Never even got a refill on our soda cuz we were done by the time the server came back. Other servers didn’t at least check on us they just gossiped by the bar. And talk loudly over customers about their coworkers while we’re trying to eat from one side of the restaurant to the other. Place has really gone downhill. Won’t be coming back, if the service was at least better I would. Even the tap water tasted gross, we’re in the mountains for the love of god. Hope owner / manager sees this.
