Starbucks app! You really need to try to get it right please.. when i order I'm at least now told how long they think it will be. Yesterday it said "20+" minutes, so i thought I'd see what the wait was. 93 minutes! 93!!! And you can't cancel the drink from the app.. you have to call customer service it takes about 30 minutes. SO FRUSTRATING.
Cool Starbucks but the attitude of the people who work here freaking sucks!! They can't handle pressure at all and they are not friendly whatsoever! They need to turn off the mobile orders if they're backed up or need to catch up. It's ridiculous Everytime. You need to order your drink 30-45 minutes ahead before you get there. And for sure your drink will be off. Overall bad experience 5 out of 8 times I've been there in the past year.
