I’m giving this Starbucks a solid 5 stars overall because the drinks and service were great. However, I’d rate the atmosphere around 3 stars since there were some pieces of trash and dropped food on the floor, and it seemed like the staff wasn’t really keeping an eye on cleaning up the seating area. The trash cans were pretty full too, which probably led to the mess. But other than that, everything else was really good!

Starbucks app! You really need to try to get it right please.. when i order I'm at least now told how long they think it will be. Yesterday it said "20+" minutes, so i thought I'd see what the wait was. 93 minutes! 93!!! And you can't cancel the drink from the app.. you have to call customer service it takes about 30 minutes. SO FRUSTRATING.
