Good, friendly service in a warm atmosphere. Pastries looked delicious even though we avoided the temptation. Coffee drinks were great

Very outdated. I have never had a worse sandwich in my life. That is supposed to be turkey. Super sweet coffee. Would not go back

Order a croissant and it taste old. I asked if I can exchange for a sandwich and she had me stand in line again. Service was long. Won’t be back.

When I walked in there was a girl standing to my right with short dark hair. I said hi, and she just gave me a strange look. I thought at first, oh maybe she doesn't work here. She did in fact work there. I ordered the turkey pesto panini, chocolate muffin & a coffee. The turkey pesto Panini had large chunks of spongy looking turkey. It was completely unappetizing. The chocolate muffin was tossed in the trash. My coffee was pretty good however. The other girl that was working there was sort of friendly. I will not be returning to this establishment. It has definitely gone downhill, as it used to be a great place to go to several years ago. Go elsewhere if you're looking for quality food & service. It should say a lot that the owner comments nothing on any of the bad reviews. No apologies, nothing.

I came here for two smoothies which there was one person ahead of me in line and maybe 4 tables with people in the shop. However my two smoothies took over 25 minutes and the two staff members didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency or teamwork to push orders out.
However. My smoothies are delicious but I sadly am disappointed in how long it took for them.

Good coffee, good cheesecake. Worth stopping in, especially while you wait for a car charger

Coffee and bread were great but customer service is terrible. So if you’re willing to put up with an attitude from baristas for good coffee and then sure I guess.

We ordered a rose almond latte which was absolutely terrible. It was technically water with the faintest rose flavor. The matcha latte was super sweet even after mentioning our sweet preference. The barista was super rude. Please don’t spend your money on overpriced crap here.

i got the iced latte with oat milk & lavender, my husband got an iced latte with oat too. they were both delicious! i’m from la, so it’s hard to beat the good coffee there, but this place is definitely giving it a run for its money.
the barista was nice and knowledgeable of the menu for vegan options. the establishment itself was clean, and had a calm atmosphere.
i’ll definitely be back before i head home.
