I literally just left after watching several tables get served that showed up 20 - 30 minutes after we did. I finally got tired of waiting and asked for my drinks check and was charged for 2 Fireball shots that were apparently never delivered to the table.

Waited 1 hour to get cold food definitely won’t eat their ever again and they wasn’t even busy

A great experience. Good food. Big portions. Super nice wait staff. Parking in the back

The server was great. I didn't get what I ordered but it's all delicious. We got coloring books and crayons for the kids. I was served pulled pork (A little hard and dry), garlic mashed potatoes (very good) and onion rings (I don't like onion rings). Great selection at the bar. I liked the cherry old fashioned. Very clean with lots of sports playing. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Walked in for lunch on Saturday. The place was empty. We were seated right away, but waited a long time for service. We ordered two drinks straight from the menu and got them as we were finishing our meals. We asked for them multiple times for our drinks and was finally told the bartender didn’t have the ingredients. Fine! Tell us and let us order something else. We never really had a server, just people walking by trying to help because they had seen just sitting there. Mgr offered to give us a discount. We received a discount for 2.64 off of a tab that was around $100. Food was meh. I’ve been happy with meh food, when the service and the ambiance was top notch. That was not the case here. Will not be back.

Great place to grab a drink and eat with your dogs. Everything was really good. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and it was spicy but it's exactly what I wanted. They also brought out dog bowls for our dogs at the table. I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the village with your dogs and are looking for somewhere to eat and drink with them.

We had a fantastic dinner featuring BBQ ribs, brisket, creamy coleslaw, soft cornbread, bacon green beans, and garlic mashed potatoes. The ribs and brisket were perfectly smoked and flavorful, and the sides were the ideal complements—especially the creamy coleslaw and garlic mashed potatoes. Our server, John, was both personable and professional, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We also had positive interactions with Manager Allysa and Ben, who made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience with delicious food and exceptional service! I should mention that we shared our meal so my plate only represents a small portion of what we were served.

We arrived at 4:40pm on a Sunday and were seated on the patio, a party of 3. The hostess, a young lady, told us a waitress would be with us in 5-10 minutes. We said that’s fine no problem. As time went on a waitress walked in and out helping the people around us but did not acknowledge us. After 30 minutes I went inside to speak with the host stand. A 5 minute wait later I explained our situation to a young man at the host stand who told me they had stopped seating people outside an hour prior. I pointed out the lady who sat us. No apology was made for their employees’ incompetence. The man at the host stand they could maybe find us a table inside the packed interior, that had no open tables and 1+ long wait. Very disappointing customer service.

I ordered a barbecue pork sandwich with coleslaw and got a barbecue sauce sandwich with a tablespoon of coleslaw. I was too hungry to send it back. At least the sauce is tasty. There was only a dab of coleslaw on one side of my sandwich. But my family's orders were the way they were supposed to be. The server kind of sucked.

One of my regular stops when I visit Big Bear. Very nice selection of food. Burgers, tacos, fish and chips not to mention the BBQ. As far as their beer selection, they have Russian River on tap, need I say more? Pliny the Elder and my favorite IPA, Blind Pig are regularly featured here.
They also have a great whiskey selection and TVs in the bar area. I appreciate the service and the sense of humor exhibited by the staff.

We have the best customer service from the best person named Ben. The boss is very blessed to have this gentleman as a customer service person for his restaurant.

Came with friends over the weekend , the hostess was nice sat us , we waited about 15 mins or so to someone come to take care of us, there was young lady walking around with tattoos and lots of piercings, kept looking at us , turns out it was out it was our server, once order was placed she disappeared for a bit when she came back she smelled like she had a cigarette break, food came pretty fast, we got nachos with brisket, presentation wasnt great , rib wings was decent also, burgers subpar , me and my friend ended up getting the nashville chicken sandwich, it was horrible small breast with full of batter didnt taste anything spicy, dressing that they put on sandwich was minimal and small coleslaw, the fries were decent. i highly dont recommend it there way over priced
