Dumas Walker's | Restaurant & Bar is a family friendly place where you never visit without feeling like family. The most responsible and friendly place in Big River, it offers a free ride home for those who drink. The food is excellent, with delicious tacos especially on taco fiesta Tuesday, and the owner's wife does most of the cooking—her potato salad is amazing. The service and whole staff are great, creating a positive vibe. For entertainment, it is one of the favorite places for karaoke, where the owner encourages people to try new songs with full voice, and there is also a jukebox and pool tables in a separate section. The crowd, music, and dancing make for a fun atmosphere. Parking is convenient on all sides with three entrances. It is very family friendly, with lots of room for group events, and wheelchair accessible except for one step up to the stage.
