I'm very surprised this place has a 3.7, it was really good! My friends and I had a hard time finding a place to eat for dinner while we were driving through Big Sur, and we were extremely hungry and decided to eat at Homestead, and it was such a pleasant surprise! We just finished a two-night stay at Big Sur Lodge and ate at Homestead, the onsite restaurant, both nights and think it is just terrific! The wait staff is dedicated and fun and did a great job, despite being short-staffed. The food was excellent and way more creative, attractive, and delicious than one would ever expect from a state park restaurant.
