The service was very friendly, informative, just excellent. The meal (filet mignon with mushrooms) was amazing. Great dinning room. It was foggy outside and the whole experience felt magical.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience last night at Sur Restaurant. The view was spectacular and the food was good. I had a NY Strip that was a little tough but did not send it back. Brought a bottle of wine to go with it and our server put it in a decanter. Juan Manuel was the name of the server and did an outstanding job 👏!!! Mina (?) was one of the managers there and was a wonderful hostess!
The view is fantastic but the vibe was sterile. T We walked in to not one person in the inside of restaurant. No one to greet us or direct us. It was a huge empty cavernous room. Not one person. Making our way to the veranda with no help from anyone we then walked out to a huge terrace and again weirdly empty with a hostess standing all alone in this huge space. We sat awkwardly at a firepit while they got our table prepared. Once seated a bus person brought over two food menus,...
