We were so excited to go try this place. We read reviews, but neglected to read the most current ones. It would have saved us if we had. In the over 1 hour we were there, nobody else came in. Saturday night dinner time. That says a lot right there. The food was obviously not cooked fresh, or even that day, except for the fried catfish. The chicken was cold in the middle, like from the frig cold. The ribs were somewhat hot, but not fresh. The beans tasted like pork and beans with a bbq sauce. I think the ownership must have changed a few months ago because this just can't be the same as the reviews from 6 months ago. I tried to get water and was told they didn't have any. The fried catfish was fresh cooked and good. The girl who waited on us looked about 12 years. She was very polite. I hate leaving bad reviews, but wait for new ownership to try here.

This place took forever and it sucked! I ordered a hamburger and it took them over 20 minutes to make it. The fries they gave me were burnt nubs like they came out of the bottom of the bag. The bun of the burger was stiff and the patty was the thinnest thing i’ve ever seen.

This place used to be really good a couple of years ago, but idk what happened. I ordered 3 steak sandwiches with fries. The sandwiches are on torta bread. The steak is soft and so thin and small. It honestly tasted like a steak you would get in a tv dinner. The sandwich is soggy but the bread is also hard and old. The fried are also just crumbs and seemed like they came from the bottom of the bag. Highly disappointed, not to mention all this was $60.

It’s bad the chicken tenders have no seasoning Barbecue takes forever to get in some little container Burger taste horrible meat is bad. The bread is stale no seasoning Will probably not come here do not recommend this

Food was $16 for a sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend gave them 20 and and they had no money to give him back!! Big mommas is a joke and should be shut down food is foul service is a joke and there is mold on the wall. There was a little girl about 8 years old that should be in school but is taking orders, child labor on top of it. We have nothing in Biggs we deserve much better, atleast one nice place to eat, during our lunch breaks.

The Food is Delicious, smoker going outside let's you know everything is cooked fresh.Melvin the owner is nothing but smiles and courtesy.Great for a quick lunch or has space for a larger group.Big Mommas BBQ is back open and I am one thrilled customer.

Guy needs to throw away his drinks. The green tea bottles have fermented and where expired. Green fuzz growing in the bottle. Fries super greasy, pulled pork mostly sauce but decent flavor and mushy texture.

This appears to be a very underrated old southern style BBQ joint. The burnt ends were some of the best I've ever had, the cheeseburgers were fantastic, the catfish was among the best I've had in a long time. I'd recommend this place to anybody local or not.

It just got some wings and fries from here. Service was awesome but the wings were full of blood and red from inside. You could smell the blood. I would not recommend the wings. Hopefully the ribs are good but scared to try it.

Quaint restaurant nice quiet atmosphere. Ribs extremely dry and hot links undercooked. My wife and I ordered three item platters and only received a portion of what we ordered. When our waiter came out to bring us our food he just casually mentioned that he was out of chicken so we weren't going to get any but he did add some other items to our plate which we never actually saw. Extremely expensive for what we actually got. It wasn't all bad though because the potato salad was amazing! I would actually recommend visiting this place just for the potato salad and nothing else.
