I was here at 1130am on a Friday, the place is empty. Ordered a double cheese burger and potato salad. The burger was pre cooked, pulled from the fridge and warmed up in the microwave. I ate it, but it was not tasty. The potato salad was not good either. Reviews say this place was great a few years ago. It's a shame they fell so far.

Kind of a hole in the wall. Seemed nice and clean. Service was ok, the girl was friendly and soft spoken but didn’t seem to know if they had beef. For a BBQ place I was very disappointed that they didn’t have tri tip or brisket which most BBQ places have. The food was edible but not that tasty. My chicken smelled bad and tasted bad. We had ordered fries with it and they came out just barely covering the bottom of the basket. I feel this place could have been better for it to be the #1 BBQ

We were so excited to go try this place. We read reviews, but neglected to read the most current ones. It would have saved us if we had. In the over 1 hour we were there, nobody else came in. Saturday night dinner time. That says a lot right there. The food was obviously not cooked fresh, or even that day, except for the fried catfish. The chicken was cold in the middle, like from the frig cold. The ribs were somewhat hot, but not fresh. The beans tasted like pork and beans with a bbq sauce. I think the ownership must have changed a few months ago because this just can't be the same as the reviews from 6 months ago. I tried to get water and was told they didn't have any. The fried catfish was fresh cooked and good. The girl who waited on us looked about 12 years. She was very polite. I hate leaving bad reviews, but wait for new ownership to try here.

This place took forever and it sucked! I ordered a hamburger and it took them over 20 minutes to make it. The fries they gave me were burnt nubs like they came out of the bottom of the bag. The bun of the burger was stiff and the patty was the thinnest thing i’ve ever seen.

This place used to be really good a couple of years ago, but idk what happened. I ordered 3 steak sandwiches with fries. The sandwiches are on torta bread. The steak is soft and so thin and small. It honestly tasted like a steak you would get in a tv dinner. The sandwich is soggy but the bread is also hard and old. The fried are also just crumbs and seemed like they came from the bottom of the bag. Highly disappointed, not to mention all this was $60.

Food was $16 for a sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend gave them 20 and and they had no money to give him back!! Big mommas is a joke and should be shut down food is foul service is a joke and there is mold on the wall. There was a little girl about 8 years old that should be in school but is taking orders, child labor on top of it. We have nothing in Biggs we deserve much better, atleast one nice place to eat, during our lunch breaks.

The Food is Delicious, smoker going outside let's you know everything is cooked fresh.Melvin the owner is nothing but smiles and courtesy.Great for a quick lunch or has space for a larger group.Big Mommas BBQ is back open and I am one thrilled customer.
