Stopped by 1903 on our way to Death Valley since it’s both dog and kid-friendly. The staff was super welcoming from the moment we walked in. We ordered the beef brisket roll with a side of potato salad, the Mt. Whitney salad, and the chili. Everything was fresh, homemade, well seasoned and delicious. And that potato salad tho… incredible! Owner Teresa and our server Melanie checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly attentive service. Highly recommend!

We randomly stopped here on our way home from Tahoe. Best Brisket I have ever had! The owner slow cooks it so it’s incredibly tender. The owner and staff were all very warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

The people working here are so nice! We love stopping here on our way through Bishop! Great food, brisket and lots of hot dogs. We came for lunch, and it looks like a great spot to stop for beer and cocktails also.

Incredible! We’ve been in Bishop for a couple of hours and the service provided by Theresa, Melissa and Zack was amazing! Honestly, food was super but we will remember the experience because of them.
Food was delicious with fresh ingredients and tasty flavors!! The staff was absolutely wonderful, so kind and happy to be there, an overall very pleasant and enjoyable experience!

Passing thru? Eat here! My wife loved the creole brisket. I loved the chicken salad.(not the overly sweet kind), tasted very good! Had a nice ipa from the tap. (Wife taking the next driving shift lol) Super nice owner and staff. We will be back for sure.
