First off, you can't go wrong with the Schat's name. This family is synonymous throughout northern California & Nevada for great quality with value. My wife and I are big fans of Schat's Bakery in Carson City NV, so coming back from a Death Valley trip we of course were going to try their Roadhouse in Bishop, and yes the place resembles an old west roadhouse. The menu has a good variety. I got the Hot Shot Burger, good flavor, a little sloppy but delicious. Had sweet potato fries on the side, so good but so much they cooled down before I could eat them all.?

We were coming back from Vegas and stopped in bishop. Saw this place and it's the best ribs I've had in a restaurant ? ? amd the potato salad is amazing. They should sell it I'd buy it !!!
