Great food, this place is a hidden gem. I had the asada torta which was fantastic. Prices are very reasonable and comes with fries and and a drink. They only take cash. Definitely would recommend or stop by again!

The roast beef sandwich was AMAZING. It was not cold, shaved deli meat, it was a seasoned, hot roast, sliced in pieces on the bun. It was excellent.

My wife and I got excellent sandwiches here for a picnic up in South Lake. The wonderful gentleman who made them was very helpful and friendly, and made our outing even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend Bronco's Deli; avoid the tourist trap of Shatt's deli, and come here for the best lunch in town!

Came in around noon on a Thursday. It wasnt busy, the worker was extremely nice (I walked in the wrong side and was confused for a second before he nicely asked me to come to the other side to order; my social anxiety was instantly soothed). He told me the specials, but I was already craving a BLT to go. I got my sandwich in under 7 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to see it even came with avocado. It hit the spot and was exactly what I was craving.

The owner greeted us. Very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the tri-tip wrap. This was phenomenal and I wish we’d bought more for later. We will be back - our new go to place for food when we’re hiking in the area. Thanks for the great service. Good prices too!
CASH ONLY!! I stopped in on a Sauturday for lunch. The deli was very hot inside, I guess AC was broken? The one male employee was very nice. Greeted me right away and took my order. I ordered the pastrami sandwich. It came with fries and a canned drink. The fries were hit, fresh and crispy. The pastrami sandwich was very tasty. Decent amount of pastrami, with yellow mustard and sliced pickles (I requested no onions, which is standard). The sandwich is made as a triple decker (3 slices of bread). A bit too much bread for me, and it was just plain sliced white sandwich bread. The pastrami was very good, and not fatty. To me, it was a good sandwich, jist would prefer it on a better bread and not triple decker. I would go back.

This restaurant is AMAZING! My fiance and i drove from las vegas through bishop and were hungry for some brunch. We found this place on google and boy let me tell u it was a hidden gem. The food was so good i spent some time getting to know the owner (since there was some down time) and he let me know that its just him and his son working the business. The restaurant is dedicated to serving the highschool students near by (GO BRONCOS!). They get extremely busy thanks to them. If u have an opportunity to check them out, please do yourself a favor. The prices are extremely reasonable and u get a great portion, needless to say, the flavor was NOT lacking.They have plenty of seating inside and it was really clean!

Sandwich place but food gourmet. My husband had the crispy chicken sandwich and not mundane at all. I had the Carnitas torta- light and very flavorful with a slight zingy chili aioli. Service wonderful. Order want you want and how you want it. Quick service. -cah only $12 for sandwich , side and drink.
