Lived in Bishop for thirty years and was elated when an El Pollo Loco franchise opened here. I grew up in LA and worked a couple of blocks from the first El Pollo Loco. The last two times I was here, I got the 12 piece meal and paid extra ($50) for breasts and thighs. They took my $50 then said they had no grilled breasts. I asked for a refund, and a reorder of the grilled thighs and legs for $38. Blank stares. That wasn’t about to happen. They substituted bland, skinless, shoe-leather like breasts that are chopped up for the $9 meals. I fed those tough breasts to my dogs. Disappointed. Second time that it happened in a month. You have to check your order to make sure they included everything. I want to give them five stars, but cannot.

Their grilled chicken is always the best. Just simply get the chicken rather than combo which includes 2 sides + tortilla/chips.
Enjoyed a chicken feast with the salad. Price was great with this amount of food.

So I ordered a bean and chicken burrito from this place and tell me how they can get this order Wrong???? I got a burrito with only beans! Ugh... Fast food in Bishop are not very savvy ?! Jack in the box the same food is either cold or Wrong!
