Hello, I am a senior, a traveler, and a fan of El Pollo Loco. I was delighted to find an El Pollo Loco restaurant located near my accommodations. After ordering food, I requested a senior discount. When I looked at the receipt after my meal, I noticed that one dollar had been deducted. The total amount I paid was $48.25. After confirming with the staff, I requested a settlement, but I received a mocking smile and was blamed on the machine. The manager was the same. I am wondering if the senior discount at El Pollo Loco located in Bishop only allows for a deduction of one dollar.

I make a habit of reviewing a fast food chain just once, the first time I try it. So this happens to be the one! I was very hesitant to try this chain, as I don't usually crave grilled chicken...
But let me tell you I was blown AWAY by how delicious the chicken was. It is super fresh, grilled right in sight. It was tender and very flavorful. The sides are all pretty standard. I'd say the whole chicken is the winner for sure.

Our food tastes burnt ands we are on our way through so it not like we can stop and turn around. I hate that we spent that much on food only for the four of us to not eat it. Even the Mac and cheese tasted burnt.
