I have worked food service and it’s not easy but the level of rudeness and incompetence at this store has me floored. Did a mobile order for BRANDI Smith, my husband went to pick up the order, they tell him they don’t have an order for that name, nothing she can do to help. He tried to give the order number, I’m sorry, nothing we can do, we don’t have an order for that name. He pulls up to the window and shows the screenshot I sent and she said “oh Brandi, I thought you were saying Randy”!!! Are you flipping kidding me! Obviously he was pretty close to the name to account for her misunderstanding or him mumbling! Smith was said and heard correctly!

We stopped here for my husband as he likes KFC. I am impressed by how clean and tidy this place is! I don’t think I’ve been to a cleaner fast food restaurant! Bravo to everyone working here!

Don’t come! Or you will wait half an hour for your food. I asked why it took so long time for just fried chicken and the waitress answered: it does take 30mins for fried chicken with a rude attitude. Hello?! Why fast food is called fast food?!

The person that was working on Saturday 3-30-2024 was rude ..she did not say hello or can I help you or anything like that.was there around 3:30pm that day myself and my friend will not be be coming back there until she changes her attitude
