I am staying at the motel next door. I have come to this location two days in a row and both times they have told me that they are out of chicken. El Pollo Loco has chicken every night but I have to drive there. The owner here doesn't have a clue. Good luck!

My wife and I shared a four piece combo. The chicken was cooked perfectly; crispy outside, very moist and tender inside, and great seasoning. The fees were also excellent. Il thoughts it was a little expensive until I saw how big the thighs were. There was plenty of food for both of us,

The Bishop, CA location continues to disappoint. After placing a mobile order, I waited more than 5 minutes while two employees looked at me but did nothing. When I was finally acknowledged, it came with a poor attitude—followed by receiving the wrong order. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Management needs to step up and fix the service issues at this location.

The food was hot and tasty. The interior was clean. The manager was very politely proactive with customer service. Two of the new employees positively learned, from the floor manager, proper interactions with customers to insure a good dining experience for all.
I have worked food service and it’s not easy but the level of rudeness and incompetence at this store has me floored. Did a mobile order for BRANDI Smith, my husband went to pick up the order, they tell him they don’t have an order for that name, nothing she can do to help. He tried to give the order number, I’m sorry, nothing we can do, we don’t have an order for that name. He pulls up to the window and shows the screenshot I sent and she said “oh Brandi, I thought you were saying Randy”!!! Are you flipping kidding me! Obviously he was pretty close to the name to account for her misunderstanding or him mumbling! Smith was said and heard correctly!
