Perfect to stop to take a great food, service and atmosphere. I don't live in this town, but I recommend this restaurant if you're crossing Bishop and you want to be in a comfortable restaurant. It's not cheap, but the food is really good.

Incredibly delicious food. Fantastic service too. They happened to be out of the wine my mom wanted, so they ran over to the liquor store and got her some. Incredible stuff all around really, would recommend this restaurant to anyone

Very likely the best restaurant in Bishop. Totally delicious. The Molcajete Mexicana was amazing.

Seafood Mexican Fusion is what this is considered. The menu has a good selection to choose from, and some dishes are on the pricey side. I ordered the Fusion Tacos, they tasted good, looked good on the plate, and was just the right portion.

Came in around 5, the staff was small so it took a little while for the water but the waitress was polite. If you're in Bishop and you don't want fast food and maybe a little quality in your meal, give it a try.

DONT GO HERE!!! DONT EAT HERE!!! IT'S GROSS!!!!! Service was ok, but the food was horrible. Absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure what they were trying to do to the fajitas, but they soaked or cooked meat in what tasted like spaghetti sauce. I have no idea how you can ruin fajitas but they managed too. The rice seemed like uncle bens steam in bag rice. My friend had the fusion tacos. The beans were watery and blan. They tasted like water down canned beans with no flavor. The Absolutely best part of my meal was the sliced avacoto I orderd on the side... if you value your time and money DO NOT EAT HERE. Absolutely disgusting. They claim to be a fusion restaurant, but they are not fusing flavor and great tast with their food...

I had a new wrinkle by the time the food came, the food was good, but not worth the wait.

Ps. The Jalapeño margarita was good, and it was a long weekend.

Even the beans are good!
I got the enchiladas asada. It came out fast and was extra delicious. They are using some non-traditional spices to bring some extra flavor. And, its working.

Stopped here on the way to campgrounds. Seems pretty upscale for this area, but good prices and portions. Table chips and salsa available.

We had early dinner after hiking on a Wednesday. The free chips were so crisp with yummy spicy green salsa. The enchiladas with super tasty black beans and rice were some of the best I have ever eaten. The carne asada steak with roasted onion and jalapeño..perfect! And corn tortillas da bomb…homemade…likely. Thanks for our best meal in Bishop visit

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Molcajetes Fusion, and it was an exceptional experience! The vibrant and inviting atmosphere instantly made me feel welcome. The seafood molcajete was a highlight – fresh shrimp and mussels cooked to perfection in a rich, flavorful broth. The presentation was as impressive as the taste. The service was attentive and friendly, ensuring every need was met promptly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy authentic and delicious Mexican fusion cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We sat down and ordered beer and fajitas. I sat there choking down these oddly bitter chips with the watery green salsa for 40 minutes before canceling the order which it seems they never put in. The waiter doesn’t make eye contact

Amazing food, service was not good. Server seemed like he didn't want to be there. There was only 2 tables in the restaurant and we waited until we were done eating for napkins.
