This food truck is a MUST VISIT! This food is incredible. I’m a vegetarian and struggle to find good food in smaller towns but this place is incredible. I got the lentil and mushrooms and my partner got the buttered chicken and we were both in heaven. The crust is so perfectly crispy and buttery and the filling is generous. They even sell frozen pies for a discount and we plan on going back and getting 10 of them. Do yourself a favor and if you are in Bishop get yourself a pie.Vegetarian options: This is some of the best veggie pie I have ever had. I highly recommend the lentil and mushroom. It’s very “meaty”.

Little robust pies that are absolutely delicious. Crusts (we got multiple) were so flaky & light. A definite must for my family for now on. Gets a little chilly on the bench, but you can always sit in your vehicle. Well worthwhile.Parking: Located in the park behind the fire station/ town hall.

These pies are so good we make it a priority to stop by when we are going to Mammoth or coming back home. It's a family owned place. Very lovely people great service.

Gotta stop if you’re in Bishop! All three different types of pies we picked were delicious and flakey ?

Simply Great crust, flaky and tasty. Plus the locally raised meats make this a winner. Very tasty.

Wicked good sausage roll - they call them " the trucker's roll" - the ground beef one was very satisfying also. The lady who bakes them is very nice and has a lovely British accent. The curried chicken hand pie is very yum as well! Don't hesitate, you need a meat pie right now! The pork one with the apple in it is good too. I had to taste everyone else's pies. It was for research, you know...

Love the lamb pie. So good for "easy to prepare" meal 1st day at cabin. Really nice staff.

Delicious food served with so much heart, you can taste the love in each pie! We got the lamb, the steak, the pork, and the egg and bacon breakfast pie. The meat pies were incredible. Do not skip these! I especially appreciate how they get their meat from local farms, and when we were there, we even saw the pig farmer stop by to deliver the pork. Each pie is filled with tender bite sized chunks of gently braised meat stew. The 3 meat pies tasted different than each other, definitely get all 3. The bone broth filling is so rich, only attainable by being braised in the oven for 3-4 hours! I visited New Zealand for 3 weeks and didn't come across any that tasted remotely like these amazing pies!!

We were greeted with smiling faces, and the meat pies were delicious! We will definitely make this one of our stops, when we visit Bishop.

We were coming back from mammoth and looking to try something new and came across Pino Pies! We will be coming here every time now. Absolutely delicious! We got the potato pie, plenty of sausage rolls, and a few desserts! All absolutely delicious. The owners said they get all their meat locally. What a gem of a place! Super friendly owners! We took some frozen pies and sausage rolls to go and they heated up beautifully at home. So juicy and SO good!
