You must try this place!!! It has such fresh and amazing food. We are pretty picky eaters. If it’s not fresh we know right away. We tried the shrimp tacos and the steak burrito and we were looking at eachother stunned at how great it was. Can’t wait to go there every time we travel to mammoth or Tahoe. Wish we had one closer to us! I gave 5 stars for atmosphere because it doesn’t matter that it’s a food truck near the US bank. Once you taste the food you don’t care about what is around you but the food in front of you lol bishop is a beautiful little town you could always take it to go and find a nice overlook to eat.

We were on vacation from Knoxville, TN and saw all of the 5-star reviews for this food truck. I’m here to also leave a 5-star review! The lady taking our order was so friendly. When she found out we were from out of state, she gave recommendations to several places to visit in the area, even writing it down so we wouldn’t forget. We ordered the chorizo breakfast burritos and they were delicious. They did not skimp on the portion size. It came with 3 different types of sauces, all of which were super tasty. My favorite was the habanero. I only wish we had a food truck like this by my house!

Great authentic food, big portions and amazing customer service! Delicious homemade drinks came with the food as well. Visiting from Canada and they’ve got my vote to open up a truck on Vancouver Island so we can go again!

The saltado burrito with shrimp was truly fab!!! A burrito honestly greater than the sum of its parts. One eats a lot of burritos in Southern California and this one still stands out! Their spicy salsa put it over the top! Will be back to try the tofu!!!!
