We were on vacation from Knoxville, TN and saw all of the 5-star reviews for this food truck. I’m here to also leave a 5-star review! The lady taking our order was so friendly. When she found out we were from out of state, she gave recommendations to several places to visit in the area, even writing it down so we wouldn’t forget. We ordered the chorizo breakfast burritos and they were delicious. They did not skimp on the portion size. It came with 3 different types of sauces, all of which were super tasty. My favorite was the habanero. I only wish we had a food truck like this by my house!

The taste of the guacamole was a bit off, but everything else was great. There are some seating areas in the shade, and a lot of U.S. Bank parking. Nice people working there. Thanks!

Really incredible food. We had bowls and plantains & it was reasonably priced and filling food post-hike. Great shady area to sit out in front of the food truck, as well.

Great authentic food, big portions and amazing customer service! Delicious homemade drinks came with the food as well. Visiting from Canada and they’ve got my vote to open up a truck on Vancouver Island so we can go again!

What an amazing treasure of a food truck. Awesome, fast service, and phenomenal food! I highly recommend the Cuban sandwich. Honestly, the best one I can ever remember having (and I've had a lot, including in Cuba).

So delicious. I highly recommend. Good reviews for a reason. Perfectly made burrito. We had the jefe burrito with steak and were back for a second jefe burrito with Cuban pork when we passed through again. Fast, friendly, and delicious.

The saltado burrito with shrimp was truly fab!!! A burrito honestly greater than the sum of its parts. One eats a lot of burritos in Southern California and this one still stands out! Their spicy salsa put it over the top! Will be back to try the tofu!!!!

If you’re ever in Bishop, do yourself a favor and stop by this incredible Latin fusion food truck! Their Pinche Fries are out of this world—crispy, flavorful, and loaded with all the right toppings. And the Havana Burrito? An absolute must-try. Every bite is packed with bold, delicious flavors that will keep you coming back for more.

Any time we visit or even pass through Bishop, this is the spot for us. Amazing food, great vibes, and flavors that hit just right every time. Highly recommend!

We hired 395 Rolling Chef to cater to our group of 200 people. Each plate was made to order and this meal was touted as the best meal on the trip. Claudia and her team were incredibly helpful, responsive and professional. They were able to work with our groups special needs and Claudia offered many suggestions to make this event successful, memorable and delicious! Thank you 395 Rolling Chef!
